MIssing part/assembly instructions poor
As I was trying to decipher the assembly instructions and had gotten the top attached to the base, I realized that I didn't have the soap dispenser part, which is critical to using a pressure washer. So I dismantled the parts to return. As others have mentioned the assembly instructions are not easy to follow. I had to pull up the image from the Target website to see how the parts fit together. Too bad - I was excited about using the unit.

Terrible
This thing is like a fun size pressure washer it was awful and super super tiny! Waste of money so I returned it.
