A: There is no switch on this cord. The only way to turn it off and on is to plug it into the wall, which is not really very convenient. I would be happy to pay extra for a remote on off switch or timer of some sort.

I had a similar tree from about 8-10 years ago that was much better quality than this one. It just looks cheap. Additionally, the wire that serves as branches is rather thin and just doesn’t support even small ornaments until very close to the base. Disappointed.

The lights on the tree I received are a very cool/blue white as opposed to the warm/yellow light shown in the pictures, which is not what I was going for. Upon trying to return the tree, I was told I can only return it in-store. The closest Target store to me is two hours away. Pretty bummed about this product and experience… would not recommend.

OK, but there are some problems
I like the size and overall design. But the lights are very yellow in cast would prefer something more like a clear white. But the main problem is it has no on and off switch so the only way to turn it off is to unplug it and since it is a tabletop design, many people will be placing this on top of a console, which will make plugging it into the wall, challenging a timer would be great on this item or a remote control switch. I would be willing to pay more for one of those features not sure I will be keeping this even though it is attractive, the two issues I have with the lights being very yellow and no light switch on and off might be a dealbreaker for me
