ordered the 3.5 qt bins last June and have been using them very well ever since. I have put heavy objects like locks and circuit breakers in them and have never had a problem. The lids and handles have not shown any signs of cracking or bending. Best of all, they stack very well and stay in place with very little in them without any wiggling. I am now planning on getting the 7 qt bins as these have proven to be very durable.

These boxes are so handy for storing medicines, supplements, etc. They are very sturdy and although you do need to install the handles once you get the box, it's easy to do. I like being able to see what's inside before I open it.

The boxes are great, well made and come in a variety of sizes. I received four boxes and one of them had a broken corner, and the company responded very quickly. They gave me a refund and return option very quickly. I highly recommend this product and company!

Really nice storage bins. Unfortunately one of the lids is damaged. Still usable but probably won't last long after repeated use. They stack and nest together which is cool. The lid clips are great and they come with two extras.

The stacking ability is good, it won't shake or move when stacked, and both ends can be closed with snaps. For easy use, I organized them with labels. It is really practical and keeps all my things organized.
The boxes were great. The movers were a nightmare.

The boxes are sturdy enough to hold items like Christmas decorations, clothes, and the like. They don't hold too much weight, but that's to be expected. The handles are very practical and the latches are sturdy. The boxes are tapered and are a foot tall. The top measures 22" x 15". The bottom measures 18" x 11". These boxes are amazing. I've purchased four times. However, two orders came with damaged boxes. The lid always had cracks around the edges. I think the shipping box needs some kind of protective material on the bottom to protect the lid. This is a suggestion for the seller. Having said that, the problem is definitely with the carrier. From the condition of the outside of the box, it's obvious that it was handled improperly. The improper handling was right on the inside where the lid would have been put on. I must add that the seller is great and very understanding of what is going on. The biggest problem is with the carrier, who should take all the blame. This is a problem for everyone. You have to keep waiting for a replacement and the product may have been damaged, which only adds extra costs to the seller. So, it's just a headache for both parties. So at the end of the day, it's a gamble. Whether the lid will crack or not depends on who buys it first.

bought a bunch of these bins 4 years ago because they were the perfect size for my space. I've had the same stuff in each bin since then, but about 25% of them have broken in the bottom corners from daily use (sliding off the shelf, putting things down, putting things in them). I think the plastic is too brittle. They're also not as transparent as when I first bought them, although only slightly (yes, I wiped them down before reviewing!). I wish the gray handles would click a little more firmly. As they get older, sometimes I put things on them and they break.
The lid is broken, but overall it's ok

One of the lids arrived with a badly cracked corner and a piece missing. The lid itself doesn't seal very well, so it should be fine and will fit in my bedroom. Overall, the plastic is thin and the price is not expensive, but I like the size and shape. I have 11 inches of clearance under my bed and it fits perfectly.
