It is a nice set for the price but cushions are not 3 inches thick & were smashed in the box. Hope they regain their shape. Pretty easy to assembly and no issues with holes alignment while putting it together which sometimes can be an issue. Overall we are happy the patio set. It was under 100 dollars so it meets expectations for the price range.

The Best Choice Products 4-Piece Outdoor Textilene Patio Conversation Set was a pleasant surprise. Initially, I was wary due to the mixed reviews, but I decided to take a risk. Despite some initial challenges with aligning the metal frames, the assembly process was manageable, and the instructions were clear enough. Once assembled, the set exceeded my expectations. The design is modern and stylish, and the textilene fabric is both comfortable and durable. The cushions are well-padded and easy to clean. For a couple of days, I looked all over on line in several websites for the perfect 4pc rattan patio set for my balcony. Even though there was a $39.99 delivery fee, Costway offered the best price for the quality of this kind of patio set. Regardless of all the mixed or negative reviews that were posted about this pretty 4 pc patio set, I went ahead and purchased it, because it looked similar to the old one I use to have and needed to replace. It was delivered to me quickly in a matter of days and one day earlier than scheduled. Well I opened the box and to my surprise this set is a much better quality than I expected and an improvement to the one I use to have. That said, it was very easy to put together. I am a woman over 55 and It took me 2hrs alone with no help to do so. However YOU MUST follow the instructions step by step, otherwise the screws will not line up. The secret is, to start with the provided Allen key and not to tighten all the way until all the screws are aligned. Then if you wish, you can finish tightening the screws up with an electric drill, like I did. In some of the reviews, several people were complaining that the glass top for the table was shorter or smaller than the actual table. Well not in this case, the glass top fits perfectly and the table has all 4 suction cups ( as I show on my images ) I also would like to mention the quality of the cushions. They are comfortable and they have the perfect thickness. I would also like to point out that there's a little piping all around the cushion for a better finish & pretty detail, ( which I did not have on my old patio set… lol, I forgot to take the plastic wrap off before taking the pictures )…. I was content that my set came with the cream / off-white color cushions ( rather than the beige or tan color that showed on the "have a question / answer" description ) Also happy about the charcoal / black color glass top, instead of a clear one. I love the fact that all the screws are well hidden, unlike other patio sets, that the screws show through or over the rattan. BTW the rattan is double sided all around on the backs of all 3 seating pieces. ( image included ) NOT single sided like some other rattan sets. Really sturdy and a very well-made set all together, in my opinion. I am extremely happy with this "FDW 4 Pc Rattan Patio Set" ……

Love it! The fabric is great. I love the peacock blue color. It can have many configurations. The storage chest is a bonus.

Yes it took a long time to put together, yes I used my own tools, and yes I have put a lot of furniture together. The biggest reason it took so long is that there are a lot of screws, which is a good thing, makes for solid construction. The pics of others showing different ways to put the set together, these are not formations given in the instructions. If you modify placement of the seats some MAY be less supported, but may still be just fine. Color is beautiful. The cushions do slide (I will be adding velcro). Overall a GREAT set for a GREAT price.

Got a great deal on Costway for this patio set. The furniture is very sturdy and can comfortably hold up to six large adults. It was pretty easy to put together. It took me about an hour to bolt everything together. I typically keep the furniture covered, and it is very comfortable to sit in. There are cheaper versions out there but this one in my opinion has the best value/quality. I would not hesitate to ordering it

Heavy duty, well made. One of my cartons was delayed by FedEx, but it was worth the wait! Easy to assemble, Everything lines up. The cushions are heavy duty. I'm impressed.

We purchased the 5-piece couch, swivel chair with ottoman combination in pacific blue. Packages delivered on schedule undamaged. Packaging was very good. Received all parts with extras fasteners. The assembly was fairly straight forward as parts were labeled. I assembled over 2 days of 4 hours each day, no rushing. Alignment of fasteners was surprisingly very good. Threaded portion of fasteners were straight & clean. There are no worded instructions, illustrations only. You will need to pay attention to part orientation. You probably would be better served to have assistance with assembly of the back of the couch to the couch frame assembly. The quality of the furniture components was quite good. Powder coating was of good quality. No bending, dents or scratches. Cushions & covers were packaged well & of good quality with no tears or defects. The couch, chairs & ottomans are very comfortable. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the set. It's a premium price, but I believe it is priced fairly. I would recommend this set.

Beautiful patio set. It is very comfortable and fairly easy to put together. It took us a few hours but all parts arrived on time and unbent. The frames are thick and sturdy. Extra screws for each part and tools included. The fabric is really pretty and since it will be on a covered patio with drapes, it should last for a long time.

Let me list the many reasons why my wife and I love, love, love this patio furniture set that we got for our beach house: 1. Quality is outstanding. 2. Packaging is well done. Assembly is simple, and the instructions are easy to follow (just be mindful that the arrow sticker points to the front (not the back) of the piece you are assembling. 3. The parts (bolts, nuts, washers, etc) are well organized and every specific part comes with extra! 4. Lock washers should always be used instead of regular washers for better assembly and durability (but most furniture that requires assembly does not come with lock washers). Not to worry - this patio set has got you covered! This goes back to the quality of this patio set I mentioned earlier. 5. The patio set looks absolutely looks fabulous and way more expensive than what it actually is! 6. The sofa, swivel chairs, and ottomans are very comfortable to sit on. 7. Love the accessory that easily converts each ottoman to a smart table for drinks and snacks. 8. The cushion covers are durable, easy to put on, and easy to take off for cleaning. 9. Very convenient on how many ways you can configure the patio set to suit your needs. 10. For all that you get, the price is very reasonable. Would recommend saving the plastic bags that the cushions come in, so you can re-use them to store the cushions when it is time to put away the patio furniture for the following season. Our beach house is near salt water so we will have to see how the patio set holds up to the salt air. But based on the quality of the material, we are confident it will be fine, and our family and friends will get many years of enjoyment from this patio set. So... would we buy this patio set again or recommend it? Absolutely! Not just for all the reasons already mentioned, but because the CUSTOMER SERVICE has also been exceptional!!!

I'd give this an overall 4.5. The chairs are simple to put together if you have better tools than they supply. I did have to file off a bit of metal to get the rocking mechanism to sit right under the chair. The ottomans are super simple, but the couch made me frustrated. The couch is NOT easy to assemble. The directions were not clear, things were mislabeled and I had to guess a bit. Overall it worked out and anyone can do it if they're patient and have 2-3 people helping. I will say that you cannot tighten down all the bolts/screws on the couch UNTIL it's fully together or things will absolutely not line up. Keep things loosey goosey and you'll be fine. The cushion material is pretty but not very high quality and I give those a 3.5. The frames are sturdy and I expect them to last. The seat cushions are dense and comfy and will last for a good while, but the back cushions will need replacing in a few years and they're just poly batting. For the price, I'm impressed and highly recommend this set.

In particular about cushions. These seat cushions are sturdy. The cushions have Velcro tires so there's no sliding. We purchased the great cushions and they will hide the dirt. Putting the set together takes patience, but well worth It. The sofa easily fits 3 adults. This set is as nice as much more expensive ones we've purchased.

After looking at a lot of reviews and searching several stores, we decided to give this set a go. I was a little nervous because I knew returning it would probably be a hassle if it was damaged or we decided we didn't like it, but that was never an issue once we received it and started building it. The packing was impeccable - even though the boxes got beat up in shipping everything was padded and protected. This set is amazing! The quality and weight of both the frames and the cushions and covers are just incredible. If you have been shopping for outdoor furniture and have felt the quality of some at the stores selling for much higher $$, you will not be disappointed if you get these, at least not if you have the same experience I did! The building process is quite tricky but isn't any furniture these days? All the tools were provided and all of the Screws nuts and bolts were well labeled. Take your time and look at the directions all the way through before you start so you get the sense of what you are going to do. I built these alone and I am a 53-year-old man. The constructive criticisms I might add are that I paid extra to get the rockers and I wouldn't call these rockers. They do wiggle a little bit but not like a glider or chairs with a curved rail foot. Had I known that in advance. I probably would've gotten the swivel chairs and paid less for them. I also would put Velcro straps on the upper cushions instead of just the lower ones to keep them in place on windy days. But we are going to cover the set anyways so that really doesn't matter. Overall, we are thrilled with this furniture set and can't wait to begin using it with the warmer weather approaching. The cushions are very thick and comfortable feeling, and the little coffee table add-ons for the Ottomans are perfect!

The back is flush on the bottom of the back but not on top. The back panel did not have 3 of the 8 holes for the screws. One of the back cushions came with an hole. Requires cushion covers. Assembly was fairly easy (with my own tools). The couch looks good and is very sturdy.

This is a good set for the price. I'm sure you can find nicer sets, but they would cost a lot more. This is well made. Cushions are very stiff but comfortable. Took a bit of time to put together, but all doable. Just takes a little time. All in all, I'm happy with it.

Arrived in 5 separate boxes, in 3 separate shipments. I was impatient after my first boxes arrived, so I contacted the seller. They politely assured me that the other boxes were on their way. They were indeed. Assembly takes awhile, especially for the rocking chairs, but everything was there, the instructions were decent, and the set seems sturdy and well made. The seat cushions are thick, but not as comfortable as we had supposed they would be. Maybe after some break-in they will improve. So far we are quite satisfied with this purchase.
