Easy Install
This is the second of two purchased over a 4-year period. Easy assembly, lightweight, so one person install is doable. This 40' x 48' tinted awning was installed over newly installed pool equipment to shade from direct sunlight in an effort to extend the equipment's lifespan.

How it looks n do the work
I love it looks very nice n the reason I got it was to protect the side door of house from the rain but it makes it looks elegant too Even though putting it together some parts were a little difficult. I hope it will be durable since we get a lot of sun n rain in Fl

Strong Awning
We purchased this to go over a mini split that gets quite a bit of runoff water on it from the roof. This size covered the unit and stopped all the water from running on the unit. Not sure why they installed the mini spit where they did but constantly pouring water or snow melt can\'t be good for any electrical unit. Satisfied with the product strength, installation instructions and value.

Needs a gutter
Easy to install if you have two people to hold it up while attaching it, great quality and looks very nice on the house. My only regret is that it doesn\'t have a small gutter. When it rains hard, the water pouring off the bottom edge splashes up on the lower half of the door or anyone standing under it.

Not bad
I\'ve had this outdoor canopy installed for a while and overall it works pretty well. The awning is well made, practical and attractive. Its material is durable and easy to install. If it rains lightly, rainwater will basically not get in. But it would be dangerous if it rains heavily, and the sound of rain falling on the awning will be louder. I\'m still satisfied!

Great value for the money!
I need an awning for my cabin and we love this awning. The assembly process is very simple. Well-made and easy to install. It seems durable enough and does a good job of keeping rain out of the house. It also keeps the sun out, and I\'m glad!

Packaging makes things tough
When this was packaged, tape was put onto the UV protection (white) to hold pieces together. The pieces get taken out of the box, tape gets removed/pulled off & the tape starts to tear the protective layer. The size is decent. Just wish the packaging had been different.
