I have been receiving plenty compliments from my neighbors. I\'m not sure if it withstand 400 lbs. I\'m not going to put it the test either. Easy to put together, make sure all three middle sections are equal. If not the screws will not line up to go in them.

Pay attention
The slats on the bridge are specific to the posts, make sure you line them up as perfect as possible so you aren\'t resetting boards later. Well made, easy to put together( just takes time) solid. I love my little garden. Fyi: use the gloves for handling boards as they are not wiped off well from staining

Plastic chain links reduces product quality
Love the overall look until the point I realized that the chain links are cheap plastic. Will need to head to local hardware store for real metal chain link to look like the bridge I paid for. One small detail makes all the difference.

Well built and very attractive
This bridge is small but big enough to do the job. It makes a great little walkway over our dry riverbed in the back yard. We've walked over it many times and it feels very sturdy.

Instructions suck
Bridge looks cool. Too early to tell if sturdy or weatherproof. Instructions suck. Barely any instruction so you don't realize that each post goes in a specific place until it's too late and then you have to move some around. Pretty common in todays products that need assembly. Nobody must ever take technical writing in college anymore. Engineers and instruction writers should be forced to put together a hundred of every product they put out.

Looks as shown. Burned rather than stained.
Creaks a little when walking over it. I would have liked it to be arched on the bottom since there isn't much room under it. I don't how it will hold up to weather as it has only been installed for about a month so I didn't rate that..

Not too strong
Was easy to assemble. put out back over pond stepped on it and heard cracking and bowed down. I'm 210 lbs and it says holds 300. I had to add supports under it to add more stability. I'm thinking of taking apart and using wood glue to hold it together better.

A beautiful addition to any landscape
Individual assembly is an arduous task, but it is easy to assemble according to the drawings. It turned out to be a cuter bridge than I thought before assembly. I added a solar lamp at night, and I put it on my fish pond. I like its appearance. As I mentioned, this is a lovely little bridge in my backyard. When I walked across the bridge, it made me very happy. It was a very good decision to own a bridge. thank you

I'm buying this bridge for my back yard . It take me 1 hour to put together . It looks nice but it's smaller than I expect . I put this bridge on my natural water line . The bridge made by water proof wood. It can seat in the water for years . It will look much better add some rock around bridge . So good to have it

Buyer beware
The excitement I had in buying this was quickly dashed as I begun unboxing. Size was the issue. While I admit fault, I didn't realize how tiny this bridge truly is. I was hoping to put full size solar lights on each post but alas, they are far too small for that. The width is also very narrow. Yes, this is truly a bridge for decoration only. I would not try putting this over a stream of any kind. Don't try placing this over any gap. As the picture show the instructions are not always clear as where some parts go. There was a nail coming through the side of one post and impaled another. The chain, while nice looking is a cheap plastic. The length is great, the width and heigh are far lacking. If you're looking for a bridge to use on a foot path, keep looking, this surely is not the bridge your looking for. And while not a huge issue, I don't know what was on the wood but my hands after building were filthy. I don't think it's any kind of lasting stain. Also, keep an eye on your spacing, if you don't work center outward, you quickly run out of space for the wood slats.

Yes, we have walked across it many times already. It's definitely sturdy enough for the weight of an average person. Make sure it's level and you shouldn't have any problems. It actually arrived early, assembly wasn't bad at all, and it's so cute! Happy with this purchase. Please excuse our mess, the pond is still in progress.
