Ok hutch but no door at the top of the ramp.
The only thing I don't like about this hutch or coop is that there is no door for the hutch at the top. I use it for a chick coop after my chicks hatch and I had to make a hutch door so the new chicks don't fall out. There should be a door at the top of the ramp. Also annoyed that the hutch came with chunks out of the wood. They shouldn't have sold the one I received. I know they saw this during packaging bc it comes very well packaged and there was no damage at all to the box so I know with how deep some of the missing wood is that this definitely happened before they packaged.

Good \"integrating coop\" for new chicks..not Chickens.
It\'s small, and I knew it would be. I purchased solely to have a safe spot for my new chicks to hang out, in a very well secured run, so the existing flock gets used to them. Works for that... Easy to put together and serves the purpose I purchased it for. This coop would not house normal size chickens. Maybe ONE. Bantam, maybe 3. This is far from predator proof out of the box. I would NEVER put chickens in this outside my secure run and expect safety from anything larger than a chipmunk. Great brooder or grow out security from other chickens and that\'s it.

Reasonable small coop
I only built the house side of this for my three hens as they already have an enclosure. This is doing well as a new simple nesting box. Per previous red cedar houses I expect this to last a couple of years max.

This coop is great
It is fully functional, and the workmanship is very good, rain moisture-proof, which is worth recommending the product.

You Get What You Pay For
I bought this for a chicken I've had to keep separated in a dog kennel the last four months because three of my others started randomly attacking her. I'm giving it three stars because I think it will serve its purpose. It's large enough for the one chicken (but I would not use it for more than one), and sturdy enough that the rest can't get to her. I'm keeping it in the back corner of my run for extra shelter & security, because you absolutely could not use this as a full-time shelter outdoors on its own. It is not predator proof by any stretch of the imagination, and I don't think it would fare well in the elements. The third picture is the roof once installed - lift and it easily comes off. Fourth & fifth pix are the "floor" of the little house compartment. There is no support on the left side so the tray tilts that direction; I will be adding a support bar for it. Overall though it will work for what I need, so I guess it's worth what I paid for it. If you can afford and need better though, get better.

Excellent IN MY CASE
I? was looking for something not tiny yet not huge to put my rabbit in at night. I? intended to get something for TEMPORARY rabbit holding I?NSIDE the house. This was very inexpensive based off other hutches I've seen and actually very pretty. However, the wood is not great and there are a lot of crevices that would make me not recommend this for outside use unless you make some alterations to it. I? personally could not be happier with the product but if your looking for an ourdoor hutch or a permanent living arrangement for chickens, rabbits, or Guinea pigs… this might be too small and not rigid enough to protect your pet from predators.

Easy to assemble
First time I've ever received an item that I've assembled where every single part fit perfectly. Nothing broke and everything was there and the pieces were perfectly measured. Right now I have 8 bantam chicks of which I'll keep 2 in it permanently. Very pleased with product.

Good product
I use it to raise pigeons, and it takes about an hour to complete the installation according to the tutorial. The price is reasonable. It is cheaper than buying materials and assembling by yourself. The shape of the beautiful house has an activity area and a rest area, which is very suitable for small animals.

Cool looking chicken coop with run
I got this chicken coop to house some baby chicks that my neighbor gave me. I was keeping them indoor, but they are starting to smell so I had to get an outdoor solution. This chicken coop looks pretty awesome and it's got a nice roof to keep the rain out. The bottom is a large area for the chicks to run around in and there's a stay for them to go up the coop. There's a tray where I can pull out to clean the dropping. Them seem to know when to go up to the coop at night time and majority of their droppings are inside the coop. For the run, it dries out pretty quick and I'll clean it with a shovel and hose it down. Not too bad to clean and maybe need to clean once a week. I assembled it over the weekend and it took about a hour. I didn't use power tools since I want to feel the tension and not over tighten the screws. The metal mesh was already on the panels which made it easier to set up. The instructions were pretty straightforward and overall pretty easy to assemble. The chicks seem to enjoy their new home much more compared to their old cardboard box. Glad I got this.

Good size for three chickens, reasonable price
Easy to assemble, took me about half-hour. Quality is fine, not heavy duty. Size medium, three chickens have plenty room.

I have 5 chicks for my daughter and she wants to be the mother of them, this one is not too big and perfect for the small number of chicks! The assembly process is like building Lego, very interesting and simple

Lasted for Only 1.5 Years
Pros: This works well with only one pet that does not poop or pee a lot. I would NOT recommend for Rabbits. The roof is made out of the same material that shingles are made out of on top of our houses. Cons: This weathers quickly, rust quickly, and the wood swells to the point you can't pull out the waste tray. Also, the wood is soft, so rabbits and cats will chew it up rather quickly. It is not water proof, and I strongly recommend not using this outside, contrary to how the seller is advertising it. I ended up purchasing small plastic dog houses, which still look brand new after two years of use, outdoors.

Too small for chickens
I got this because it was quick and convenient and I needed something for the young pullets we were about to acquire. By the time the two chickens were grown, it was too small. I made lots of modifications to it over the first few months - I used plywood to make the coop about twice as wide (I eventually had 4 chickens and they fit, albeit barely), I used a 2x2 as a perch for them to stand on, and raised the roof so they would have adequate room. I kept half of the roof unattached so that I could open from above for cleaning. I added shingles to the roof to protect from the rain. I raised it off the ground and added galvanized wire to keep rodents out. I added a better locking device to the outside to keep raccoons out. I cut the door at the top of the ramp bigger so adult chickens could fit through it. The "run" area was way too small to be useful, so the chickens had to be let out right away when they woke up for the day. Eventually, it was a safe enough place to sleep but they didn't love it. So, in summary, it would have been better to be patient and build a coop for the chickens before getting them, but in a hurry it did do the trick, but it needed a lot of modifications to actually be useful over time. Realistically, this should not be advertised as a chicken habitat. Maybe a couple rabbits or small birds like quail. Even then, not really worth the cost, but hey I can't blame anybody but myself for paying that much.
