Nice tower but small quality issues
My cats love this tower! Overall it is stable. The base came with a crack, but the company helped fix the issue. One of the balls that hang down came apart and the other one fell off. Overall, it's a good tower and sturdy.

Surfaces are too smooth
Tower was easy to assemble and the velcro is a great idea for allowing pads and pillows to be removed for washing. Older cats have found the boxes are too slippery to jump up on and won't do it so I have to place them on the tower versus climbing. Much more stylish and tailored then carpet covered plywood. Definitely better for cats ate and younger

While this was very easy to assemble, it did take a while. I\'m pretty handy and I was working at it for an hour. There are a lot of pieces and the cats got involved. That said, our two nine-year old cats are all over this thing, they both weigh 14lbs and the tower can easily take the weight of both of them jumping all over it. They love being up high and are walking up and down the levels in a spiral and scratching and whacking at all the features. I did add a clear, adhesive picture frame/cabinet bumper between the bottom of the high box and the top of the low box; its invisible and provides just a little cushion and extra stability/contact point between these two pieces that would otherwise be about a 1/4 inch apart.

What was I thinking?
It’s gorgeous but my cat doesn’t use it. I could not get it together correctly due to either missing hardware, holes drilled incorrectly, user error or otherwise. The instructions are unclear. The screws are an abomination to tighten with that tiny provided Allen wrench. Especially if you have carpal tunnel like me and millions of other purchasers of this product. It weights 2 million pounds as well. Won’t go through that again.

I have many catteries, and this company is always by far my favorite, it is sturdy, heavy, amazing quality. I only want a catteries from them. Honestly, there is no comparison from the ones from my local stores. The price is very competitive and quality surpasses all my expectations. It is also very easy to assemble, and instructions are clear. I absolutely love the contemporary look, as he allows me to put this in my Living Room. The kittens love to play with a little toys that are included in the cat tree as well. I would highly recommend this cat tree for adult and baby kittens they will love it

My cats love it
This cat house is very sturdy and easy to put together. I have two cats, one 8lbs and the other 9lbs, who attack and run and jump all over this thing. The sisal scratching posts have held up really well, which is saying a lot because they love to scratch at them. Also the adhesive to stick on the hanging balls with is incredibly strong - I had expected that part to break almost immediately, and months later it's still strong. Also this cat house just looks amazing and not tacky at all in my home, which I love.

Great Value and the cats love it
Assembly was easier than other cat tree we have. Instruction manual straight forward but too simple, could have been better but to be expected from Chinese-catalogue-products. Because it's too tall and the way it's designed its not as sturdy and stable as our other cat tree of similar height, but it should be fine and cats were on the top two highest levels instantly so clear winner and great value.

Decent construction, but wrong parts
Cat tree feels pretty sturdy although it's not leveled and rocks back and forth. My biggest complaint was that the two little cubbies that are supposed to face each other face the same direction. Reason for this is that we got the same parts for both the left and right cubbies when the one on the right was supposed to have holes drilled on different sides. So by getting identical parts for both cubbies both of them face the same direction instead of towards one another. I was able to find a spot in our house where this ended up working for us, but a fair warning when buying this tree.... parts might not come as advertised.
