It appears I received parts of two different trees. The bottom section is wider and less dense than the rest of the tree. It looks absolutely awful! I purchased in March to replace my previous tree. I didn't open until preparing for Christmas and am out of return window.

The tree I got was 2 different types of trees .. The bottom of the tree was a different type of branch and the top part of the tree was a different type of branche and would not even go together correctly because it was 2 different types of tree parts.. had to return it.

It's full and the branches are really low which I love. However I didn't really fill my tree up, in the bottom it's not empty but you need to fill it up as much as you can. Mid going up the tree, it's extremely full which I love !

I really wanted to love this tree. I was excited to find one that wasn’t pre-lit so I could change out the light colors as needed. After getting it, it seems a little, for lack of better description, scraggly. Even after working to fluff it out for over an hour, it still seems like there are bare spots where the tree was not put together with the branches equally disbursed.  although I ordered the 7 1/2 foot tree, the branches don’t start until 18-20 inches off the floor, meaning I have to find an extremely tall cover solution to cover the base and bottom of the stem/base. You can’t pull the branches down any further or you risk creating big gaps in the tree just above those limbs. This tall bottom situation means the decorate-able tree surface is just over 5 feet tall. Not exactly what one expects when ordering a 7 ft tree. Lastly, on some of the branches the plastic is really frayed and they look like a frayed scrub brush on the end. I’m not sure if this is intentional to provide “texture” or if it’s just cheaply made and not supposed to be there. Overall, it’s decent but not great. If you’re going to cover it up fully, it will probably work for your purposes as long as the tile base/system isn’t a dealbreaker for you. It definitely lives up to its name as a pencil tree, it would be great and a small tight area, but I’m still not sure if I can fully recommend it
