Mostly great, but the instructions are terrible
It does feel pretty solid. The top looks mostly bug proof but the seams from the roof to the walls are definitely not bug proof. It's still pretty good and feels pretty secure. The main problem is that when you look at the instructions on the fabric top and sides they are totally useless. It feels like they totally gave up and those parts actually need some detail haha. We really like it so far though and it looks great.

Well made and looks great. Very sturdy and easy for two people to assemble. Instructions are well thought out and easy to understand. The curtains and mosquito nets are strong and durable. Most importantly, the communication with customer service was very smooth. They answered all my questions and resolved any minor issues quickly.

Great gazebo!
Got this gazebo! Great quality! Spent some time researching which gazebo to buy to put over my new saltwater spa. I live in Colorado so this gazebo was a must. Wanted a gazebo with a metal roof that would protect it from snow, rain, and hail. Decided on this one. The four boxes arrived very quickly via FedEx. The boxes were two-day delivery but very quick. The instructions were well written and not too hard to understand. It took three people 5 hours to assemble it all. So not bad. Two people could have done it too but for this kit, three people would have been best. Also had to climb a ladder to assemble the roof. The concrete anchors also came with the parts kit. So this bolt was perfect for bolting it to the patio. Overall, I am very happy with this gazebo.

Listen patiently to the instructions
It was a little hard to assemble this structure using the instructions provided. The manual we received was mostly pictures, and it was up to us to figure out which parts were referred to. My husband and I assembled it ourselves, and had the kids help hold up the parts when we needed more hands. I estimate it took us about 10 hours to put it together. The boxes were heavy, so we carried them one by one to the backyard and laid out the parts on the grass in the order of the sticker letters. The assembly process wasn't difficult, just very tedious. The good news is that once it was assembled, we loved it and had no complaints! The top railing even has a small rain gutter.

Buy it!!
This gazebo is beautiful and very solid. It looks stunning in our yard and is the perfect size for both a seating and dining area. The assembly process was quite long and I would have been wise to measure the wooden supports before assembling the frame to make sure I didn't use the wrong ones (as they are not marked!) or the gazebo would have been too wide and had to be taken apart and reassembled! Apart from a few things in the instructions that could have been more clearly marked, this gazebo is very beautiful and looks very high end. It is such a great outdoor space and my family often spends a lot of time here. Great value for money!

At first I thought, what could go wrong with something this big? We had a minor issue. However, this company fixed it very quickly. I would definitely recommend them!!! We love our gazebo!!!
