Cosy and versitle
Sturdy and comfortable. We modified the build for our space to put condo on left side. Our cat loves it and immediately went to top sofa to lounge, middle to scratch and cozy codo to sleep at night. Hint, use a little catnip spray on scratcher areas to get them started.

Nice when you finally get it put together
The instructions for building this cat tree aren't very good, but once it's together it's solid. Since the cats that will be using it are 18-20 pounds, I'm pretty confident that this will hold them. I'd recommend based on looks and quality of the materials. Though if you want one that's easy to put together, this isn't the one for you.

Both cats love it
Only giving this a 4 star because it was difficult to assemble. Very tight spots! However, my cats (16 yr old & 2 yr old) both love it. This is the 2 yr old, Lola, she's 10-11 lbs. I wanted to show the finished height in front of a door. Lola & GG will sit on this for hours, looking out at everything going by. Lola usually hogs the top but GG will watch, from the bottom, for her to get down & then hop on it herself. Very satisfied. Wish more buyers would leave feedback on their purchases instead of only giving it a rating so others know why they gave that rating.
