First off this came way earlier than estimated and after assembly is a lot more comfortable than my previous chair. Very happy with it at the moment, especially considering the cost. Only gripes are as follows: Almost all the pieces are heavy, even the not metal ones. The only one I really had an issue with was the back of the chair. The instruction imply that you have to hold it up while screwing it; after getting them in I found it easier to flip it and screw them in upside down. Second, and really the reason I'm bothering with this review, is that the manual does say this is a 275 capacity chair not 300, which is why I subtracted a star. The manual also says that the wheels are meant for carpet and not hard floor, but the wheels look like hard floor ones and work horribly on carpet.
