Like like..
I was a little hesitant to open the box at first because I read the reviews before I bought it. It's very fragile and they left it at the bottom of my stairs where anyone could get to it, so I thought it was broken, but surprisingly, it's exactly like the picture. It feels great. Love it! I'll have to find a way to hide the wires, but it's a great thing.

Perfect for my small space.
Love it! Available in different colors and flame speeds. It keeps my 500 sq ft small house warm even when the outside temperature drops to a few degrees below zero. I especially like the timer feature.

don't often write reviews but I was so excited about this fireplace that I had to. I'm a 65 year old female and while it would have been much easier to have two people assemble and hang it, I did it easily enough on my own. The only downside is that the instructions say to remove 6 screws to get the glass off...the instructions don't make it clear which screws they are because there are about 15 per side...you remove 3 per side...1 that is attached to the hanging rod and 2 in the middle of the glass area...I hope this helps someone because this is the first step and it took me 20 minutes to figure it out

I love it!
There are a lot of color options, but I prefer the orange. It comes with clear and black glass stones/beads for making ember beds. My left mounting bracket was a little bent, but I fixed it myself. My remote also broke. The company quickly sent me a replacement for free and even followed up to make sure I received it. I was impressed with the overall quality, but even more impressed with the heat feature. I can set it to low and sit on the couch and feel it from 10 feet away. It produces plenty of heat, but the heat doesn't rise, so it's perfect for use under a TV. Not only does the heat not rise, but even when the TV is hot, I can touch the frame without getting burned. If I turn on the heat feature, it easily helps heat my large room and keeps the thermostat from kicking in. On low, it can raise the room temperature by 2-3 degrees. Also, I will say that this is an open plan upstairs (living/kitchen/dining), and I will leave the door open a crack for my pets. I did a lot of research trying to find the right electric fireplace, and I'm very happy with this one.
