Rickety chairs
Full assembly. A drill is needed. The pre-drilled holes are inadequate. The wood split immediately and is not made for the outdoors. The paint peels. After one month they look about 10 years old. The screws and bolts need tightening regularly, once a week.

Not a folding chair
Excellent product. Comfortable and nice looking for outdoor patio seating. Clear and easy to follow instructions make assembly easy, but it's not a folding chair. You can disassemble it for compact storage, but that requires taking it completely apart, including nuts, bolts, and washers. So I wouldn't call it a folding chair at all.

Lessons Learned/Notes during Assembly
bought four sets of love chairs and just finished assembling them. They are well designed and very simple to assemble. The key to assembly is to not wait until the end to tighten the hinge bolts. The first set took me about 30 minutes and the fourth set took about 10 minutes. When you are ready to assemble, come back and read this article. I tried to assemble the first set on the floor, but it is better to clear the kitchen table (or workbench) and assemble it there. Lay the box on the table and tape the seams. Cut the tape, but don't cut too deep. Open the box and cut the bubble wrap. Remove all the parts and set them aside. Dispose of the box and packaging materials. Find the two long pieces (the back legs) and lay them parallel to each other on the table with the larger back cutouts facing each other. Find the scalloped front piece with the 4 screw holes. Tip: All the holes are countersunk so you know which side to put the screws in. Lay it on the table in front of the two long legs, scalloped side down, and align the holes. The scalloped side is actually flush with the holes. Find the 5 seat slats and place them on the legs. Remove all the screws. Place the screws into the slats (the countersunk side) and align the holes. The easiest way to do this is to gently push the screws into the slats so that they align with the holes underneath. The next piece is the back slat of the seat, which is curved and sits on the beveled edge. Voila, the seat is done. Now. Open the two bags of bolts and place one on each side of the seat. Take the two hinge pieces (8" x 1" blocks with two holes) and attach them to the legs with nuts and bolts. IMPORTANT: Put a washer on each end of the bolts and one in the middle of the two blocks. You will be tightening them at least once. Do not tighten the bolts! Now turn to the pre-assembled back. Find the curved piece that is in the middle of the back. I still had a little trouble with this step. You need to align the three holes from the front, so it is a little tricky. Tighten the screws. Now, lay the back flat on the back of the seat you just assembled and align the open end of the hinge piece with the tie rod at the bottom of the back. Put the bolts in again and put three washers on each side, but do not tighten. Next, find the front legs. The little triangle on top faces outward. Move the seat to the edge of the table and thread the bolts through the front and back legs, letting it hang over the sides. You guessed it, don't tighten the bolts yet. Now, pull the armrests, the long thin sides, back (and center) up and place them next to the backrest and seat on the table. Bolt them to the center of the back seat. Once you're done, take the back of the chair and bolt the armrests to the top of the front legs. Remember, only these bolts are screwed from the inside out. Now that you have all the bolts in place, go ahead and tighten them. The last step is to attach the brackets to the front with 4 screws, with the beveled edges facing up and the countersunk heads facing outward. The brackets fit nicely in the grooves provided. Based on what others have suggested, I plan on gluing them in polyester, and I think I'll also make a cup holder that goes under the armpits. I think I'll also make my own footrest. It's pretty simple. Hope this helps.

Very good quality, nice appearance, great instructions
Very good quality, looks great, folds up easily. The cup holder looks good too if you just use the shorter single screws that come with it. Great instructions, parts, and tools - would have been quicker with a 10mm socket wrench though. Don't overtighten - those pointy metal "wood" screws will definitely scratch the plastic if you do, and pretty much every other part with screws, washers, and lock nuts needs to be turned to fold. In fact, all the screws that screw together need to be slightly loosened before assembly is complete (the instructions tell you that on the first page). Had one minor issue but the seller completely fixed it. Very good experience to work with.

Great supplement
My wife said she wanted a fire pit, so I dutifully built one. I was going to make Adirondack chairs as well, but we had a graduation coming up and other to-dos were too much for us. I ordered six red chairs. They looked a little pink when they first came out of the package, but when I placed them in my newly built fire pit in the middle of the yard, they really lit up and the red looked brighter and more vivid. I had some minor issues with a couple of the armrests and had to contact customer service. Their customer service was very quick to respond and fix. It took me a few tries to get the correct parts sent to me, but they were patient in helping me fix the problem and were very attentive and polite. The customer service was outstanding! I have to say that the only weak point in this design is the screw that holds the cup holder in place. That is the weakest point, and I don't want to treat them roughly at all, otherwise it would be easy to pull the screw out. Therefore, I give this chair one star, otherwise it would have to be five stars. I hope today's content is helpful to you.

Durable and easy to assemble.
I was pleasantly surprised by these chairs! The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I assembled all four chairs myself, which took about 30-40 minutes each. The chairs were screwed in tightly because I have kids, and I love the depth of the chairs!

Dimensions of chairs, ledges, and ledge depth.
They are well made. They are easy to assemble with the screws (provided). The instructions could be a bit better. The chairs are large, almost commercial grade. I love them, but my wife doesn't because they are so large and bulky. When our two kids were in the pool, there was no room to walk past with the umbrella and bubbler. So we had to return them. They are too big for our pool. And my wife thinks they are too long, so you have to wait in the water. They are positioned too high for our pool wall. So, take the time to double check all the measurements. But I really like them. Very good quality.

Beautiful Chair
These chairs are amazing! Very heavy and not too complicated to assemble. One chair had a broken arm but the company replaced it quickly and without any complaints. Really pretty color. Very happy with it.

Awesome...and great customer service
These chairs are awesome! Great price, durable, comfortable and beautiful. And the customer service is beyond amazing. When I opened a package, I noticed a crack in one of the slats on the main part of the chair. I emailed customer service and they actually found the slat in their warehouse and shipped it to me a few days later and I installed it. That's what I call great customer service.

The price is very reasonable.
Shipping was fast. One piece of furniture was broken/damaged. Customer service was great! They responded quickly and sent a replacement right away. Assembly was very simple (two people recommended). I am 5'11" and 175 lbs and the chair width was comfortable, but may be a bit too narrow for someone over 200 lbs. I like that the chair folds, but some people may find it less stable than a non-folding chair. The material is nice and the gray color is nice. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I really wish I could give the makers of these chairs a hoot
These chairs, while cute to look at, are horrible to assemble. Took hours to assemble each chair and most of the screws wouldn't go in, couldn't get them in with a drill, couldn't get them in with a larger hole, nothing worked. I have blisters on my hands and would like to have a conversation with whoever designed these chairs. I'm not sure if the chair I received was defective or if all of them are like this, but you'll waste years of your life assembling these chairs and they may fall apart due to loose screws. Not recommended.
