The seat is hard, if you have wide hips or thick thighs, it hurts. I bought it for work and my butt and outer thighs hurt after sitting for about 20min. You have to manually lean the chair back, it doesn’t have the lean back hydraulic. The massager is not soundless and it doesn’t really massage, it more so just vibrates.
