Not good for tall people
This might be a good chair for kids and short people, but if you're tall like me the headrest will be at your shoulder blades and your feet will hang so far off the foot rest that you feel like it's going to break from the weight. Also, the back leans back way too easily so it's only comfortable if you lock it. Not a terrible chair but you can find better ones elsewhere for the same price.

Assembly is a pain just like with any e-commerce bought furniture, it took me about 30 minutes. They do include the required tools, which is nice if you don't have them. But WOW, this thing is so comfortable. Was a xmas present for my son, thinking about another for my office.

Great value
I’m 6’ 1” 240 lbs so not a small person . This is a very comfortable chair with good support . The massage option won’t work with my frame , it’s in a small pillow so easy to disregard . The handle to recline isn’t easily accessible . Also the foot rest isn’t an option for my size person either . Assembly was super simple. All in all I would recommend this chair ! All in all I’m very satisfied with this purchase

Footrest Is not Reliable
The footrest just broke and it’s only been a month and 2 days since I got it. So Disappointment.
