I would consider this as an entry level tube or for someone under 200 lbs. It feels small, although I feel more supported than other larger tubes when I sit in it. It is well made and has everything you need to get out on the water. But if you are taller or heavier, say 6 feet and 225 lbs, I would recommend getting a larger tube. I would leave this at home for my kids to use when we go out and trust it to get the job done.

My husband is very happy that I bought him this. He frequently visits ponds and lakes near our house. This fishing float allows him to fish near the shore or in places that are inaccessible by boat. It is lightweight and portable, and it seems well made. It is easy to set up and inflates quickly with the included pump. Deflation is also easy. My husband said it holds up well and feels stable. He also said that this float is only suitable for use in small bodies of water for safety reasons. Overall, this is a good choice for those who want to fish in small bodies of water.

This camouflage float is so practical! It comes with all the accessories (pump, backpack, storage box) and can be quickly assembled and inflated. It feels very stable to sit on, the rod holder and fish finder holder are conveniently located, and the fish ruler is also easy to use. It is very concealed and can be taken away in a bag after storage. A good helper for wild fishing, recommended!

This belly boat provides a unique fishing experience, allowing for fishing in areas that are typically off limits to boats or shore fishing. They allow me to access areas like steep banks, shallow waters, and narrow waterways. Another huge benefit of a belly boat is that it is not subject to the same restrictions as a full-sized boat, canoe, kayak, or inflatable boat. I need a license to use those boats, but not a belly boat. It is portable and can be easily and quickly set up anywhere. It comes with a carrying case, an air pump, and even a repair kit. I love this experience, there really is nothing like it. I feel like I am part of the environment, I have less impact on the environment, and it allows me to fish better without disturbing the fish. This boat is a great entry-level boat with a lot of convenient and comfortable features. It comes with two tackle bags, a rod holder, and a mesh tray. It also has an inflatable seat to keep you comfortable during long fishing sessions. Some belly boats can cost thousands of dollars, so I was glad I found this one. It feels durable and stable.

Updated 05/05/25: I took my float out for a full day last week. I was very happy with how well it worked. I had a few things I didn't like, but they weren't worth taking off a star or two. Things I didn't like: 1. The rod holder is too vertical to use a thicker baitcasting rod. Just use a spinning rod. I didn't like these at all. 2. The tail fin is hard to remove without removing the float. I don't think it helps much with control of the float, so I won't be using it next time. 3. Paddling the float takes time to get used to, as you don't have a long enough paddle to propel yourself. 4. I used this float for over six hours nonstop. The inflatable seat is OK, but could definitely be improved. I found the crossbar under the seat to be uncomfortable after a few hours. 5. I caught a nice channel catfish though! This is my first set of fishing floats (belly boats). I'm super excited, but haven't taken it out on the water yet. Unfortunately, it's still winter (it snowed today) and I'm still buying gear to get back into fishing after a 30-year absence. So, despite my lack of experience with this product, I hope to provide you with some useful information about it - or similar products. The package was very well packaged. Everything you need is included: float, pole, seat, paddles (2), storage box (2), pump, pressure gauge, keel fin, harness, backpack with full harness (storage), repair kit and instructions. Really, you get almost everything you need to get started. Everything looks to be made of high-quality materials. So, with my spouse's permission, I followed the instructions and assembled it in my living room. The instructions are very clear and well illustrated. I only had a few minor problems where the assembly steps were not clearly explained in the instructions. The problem was when inflating and storing. I had to go online to learn how to properly set the float's inflation valve (inflation and deflation). The same goes for deflation and storage of the inner tube. The instructions only mention deflation, and there is no help information on the Intex website. I had to use other companies' videos to learn how to operate it. The instructions could be a little better, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the product. I assembled the boat in a reasonable amount of time. It's much larger than I expected. I sat in it and it felt pretty comfortable (my wife laughed at me when she saw me sitting in my "boat"). I flipped it over and attached the straps to make it easier to carry. It weighs over 30 pounds, but it feels easy to carry for short distances. After unpacking it, I repacked it and stored it until I could get it out. It was a little more fiddly than I thought (another trip to Google and YouTube for help), but I got everything packed into the storage bag. I can't wait to try this thing out. It looks and feels safe to use, and I can see it catching a few fish in the near future. I hope this review is helpful to you. I'll add some reviews once I get it out and experience it.

already own 3 other tubes (for myself and my two sons) that I bought with my own hunting money (despite my Vine Voice tag), but this one surpasses all the others I own in terms of quality, features, and overall usability. I won't have a chance to get it in the water until I review it in February 2025, but I believe it's my top pick and favorite tube. The triple-laminated construction with a polyester core (according to the manufacturer) is apparently very durable �C more durable than its price would suggest. It feels and looks really solid. Unlike many competitor tubes, this one has valves and is constructed for high-pressure inflation, which just gives it a commercial-grade look and feel. Inflation and deflation are easy thanks to the (also above-average quality) hand pump. The rest area floor is also solid and allows for inflation. It quickly converts into a backpack with a hip belt �C if you need to carry it for a distance, it's fully inflated and ready to go, as I did in the photo with my oldest son. Another "enhanced feature" that's a little different than other inflatables in the same price range is the removable skeg (fin) which, according to the manufacturer, allows for increased control and maneuverability (I'll see if this is actually a feature - but I personally don't plan on using it on the river at this time). The key thing I like about it, and what I think sets it apart... again for the price... is the quality of all the key accessories and parts. I like the paddles and quality paddle locks that come with it, the pump, the sturdy safety line and grommets, the storage bag is great, the heavy duty apron on the front I'll use, even for lunch on the water, and the rod holder is great (and removable like most add-ons to the core of the inflatable). I'm not a huge fan of the seat... in terms of durability and quality of everything else, I would have liked to see a rigid or rigid frame backrest - the seat should be fine, but to be honest, it's a minor annoyance for me personally and a factor that INTEX chose to keep the price down. I can't fault this, I just wish some of the parts were more durable, even if it was made of the same tough material. I just think it's an odd choice since I have solid paddles with paddle locks, rod holders, skegs, and a solid apron...but have an inflatable seat and backrest. As a larger person, I'm concerned about the comfort of the backrest after a long day on the water, and I'd prefer to have something more solid behind me since I'm going to be moving around with a paddle or fins. For now, not worth deducting a star...I'll update this review if I change my mind later. All in all, a really nice tube, solid - excellent value for money. I think you'd be hard-pressed to find anything better.

What a valuable thing...

bought this fly fishing tube from Mammoth and overall it has performed very well. The puncture-resistant fabric is excellent and it fits my youngest perfectly, providing a stable and enjoyable experience. However, my older child had a little more difficulty using it as it seems to be more suited to smaller children. While it is a good choice for smaller people, it may not be as comfortable or practical for larger children.

I bought this model on the recommendation of a fly fishing friend who has a much better model than my friend. I have to say, this float is great and more comfortable than my friend's model. Lots of options, flexible configurations, and great seal when inflated. I'm 5'10" and 180 lbs. This float is super comfortable and floats well. I especially like the foam seat instead of the air seat, just in case something goes wrong with the air seat. This is a great value for the money and I'm sure it will last for years.

bought one for my son, and of course I used it first. It worked so well that I bought one for myself so we can both go out together. It's the perfect little raft to take with you and blow up with your mouth. So far it seems to be very durable and I've used it in weeds and bushes with no worries. It's very sturdy and stable on the water, just don't forget to bring the fins to help you swim easily. It's easy to use and great for fishing. It's a great thing and I got one for my sister for Christmas too.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how durable and easy to use this product was. In no time, I was out on the water and caught 24 fish in two hours. It was easy to set up and inflate very easily. I highly recommend it.

I have used this float tube for six years. It hangs on my porch railing from early spring to late fall. It is the most affordable float tube you can find. It has brought me many years of fishing and drifting enjoyment.

This is a preliminary review. I have not put the float in the water yet. I am very happy with the condition and workmanship of the float, especially considering its price. All parts are complete and there are no missing parts. The material of the tube cover is durable and the zipper is also strong. The drink bag is slightly small, but it can definitely fit a small water bottle. The instructions are also good. There are a few errors in the materials list (with pictures): You will notice that parts C and E are not listed, but the drawings do show that part E is the strap used with the pole. I guess part C is either the two seat bladders, the pump, or a pair of large black washers. There is no mention of these washers in the instructions. They are obviously part of the valve assembly, and it makes sense to me that the washers are sandwiched between the seat bladder and the float cover. Also, the two air bladders of the seat are not marked which is for the seat and which is for the backrest. The green one is for the seat and the orange one is for the backrest. The product comes with a two-part fishing rod holder, but the instructions do not mention how to assemble it. When inflating the buoy bladder, follow the instructions: just add enough air to set it before putting it in the case, then finish inflating it. The buoy has been assembled and inflated for a month now, and it has stayed inflated with no leaks. The carrying case is of great quality, with plenty of room for everything, including the pump. This is not one of those cases where the equipment only fits into the carrying case when it is packaged at the factory and can never be squeezed back in. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will follow up once I get it on the water.

This is my second fish cage, I still have the first one but would like to buy another one. I have had the other one for about 20 years and it has seen a lot of use over the years. It is still working great and my brother just bought one too. I highly recommend it.

just received my fishing float and haven't had time to inflate it to test it. Right now, I give it a 5-star rating. I took it out of the box (the box was damaged in shipping) and took a quick look. I like the black camo color scheme. The storage compartments aren't really storage compartments. They're made of the same material as the floats and look sturdy. I didn't unzip it to see if there are any brackets inside. The brackets are the right size and are fixed to the floats on both sides. So, you don't have to worry about them falling into the water. The mesh opening is also black and very secure. The seat looks like it might be high enough for tall people, but I won't be sure until I install the float. Each float section has a full-length, sturdy zipper to facilitate the insertion of the bladder. The line slots are also mesh and secured with velcro. The pump (not shown in the picture) is plastic and comes with an attachable tube to inflate the bladder. The pole for the bladder is the common "inflation" pole. I'm a little skeptical about this. Looking forward to installing it and testing it out. Watch out for fish! Here I come!
