Costway Multi-function Adjustable Olympic Weight Bench W/Preacher Curl Home Gym Training

My old workout bench made lots of noise over time, and I needed to replace it. I found this one, it looked heavy-duty and had all of the features I needed, and I had to get one of these. I was not disappointed; this one has worked out great. First off, very easy to assemble. I like how the instructions showed the steps perfectly for assembly and had a very accurate part list as well. I also liked that all the parts were very heavy-duty, including the heavier bolts and lock nuts, making this one very sturdy and robust. I also like that it came with a lubricant for the moving parts, making this one silent when used. Secondly, it works great. I like that it has a huge range of motion for larger arms, can handle heavier weights without stress on the metal that would interfere with a workout, and is so smooth on all the moving parts. Lastly, so comfortable to use. I like that it has a thicker and high-quality seat and back cushion, and the pad for curls is even thicker and more comfortable, too. I also like that the leg pads are thicker around, can take much weight, and are still comfortable on the legs. No cons, it worked out great for me, and I am very happy with the purchase.

The bench arrived in a very heavy box. Was well packed. Had all parts individually wrapped. It was not an easy assembly for one person. I wish I had help to assemble. I'd also plan for enough space to assemble. Instructions were good enough. All screws were included. The nuts and bolts were Individually packed. However they didn't have numbering or lettering stickers to identify. I had to do some counting and guessing based on the parts sheet in the instructions booklet. It all worked out great. Once assembled it looks nice. Very sturdy. The bench is of good size. The arm rest cushion is extra wide. The part where the bumper plate goes is big. My existing plates didn't fit. I'd have to buy new ones that are compatible. Probably the two inch plates would fit. Over all, I am happy with my purchase.

I like how the back and seat are adjustable to do what I want. It's comfortable for me, and it has to be safe and stable. This is exactly what I want to feel safer and more confident when working out at my home gym.

It's very well made and exactly what I wanted it to be. I think it's perfect.

I love this versatile bench. There are so many functions to work all the muscles I need instead of buying different equipment. Perfect for the size in my home and it's really sturdy to hold all the heavy weights.

I can say many positive and important things about this great bench!! First and foremost - As mentioned - this bench is really built!! I knew I was going to get a very good and versatile product when I experienced how Heavy the box was that it came in! Each and EVERY part was heavy!! Very well packed.....Every part fit perfectly with NO slop, looseness, or poor fitting. (Remember NOT to fully tighten all parts until the end, and be sure to use the Right bolts - as they are very similar - just slightly different lengths). I think the most important part of the greatness of this bench (as I'm sure all will agree) is the fact that the 2 very Hefty towers which support all the weight of a barbell and heavy plates - are spaced nearly 4 feet apart - NOT the typical 3 feet (or less!!) spacing in many unsafe benches!! And believe me - these suckers (excuse the jargon) are sturdy!! Also - I was very very impressed and re-assured to see that at very "key" points - where frame pieces were connected - these points were FURTHER reinforced!! (additional heavy plates, etc.) Again - for all you baby-boomers like me - this thing is built like the WWII German "Tiger" tanks which were very close to being indestructible at the time!! Also - the Massive 4 foot spaced towers are completely adjustable for height which is a very nice bonus..... Also - The construction of the leg curling part of this fabulous bench is very nice with large comfortable leg pads which are more than adequate..... Is this bench "stable" you ask......"You better believe it is!!" The seats are very well crafted, look real nice, made of good materials and should last..... One last important safety and construction feature - the solid MASSIVE adjustable tube that serves as the resting support for the seat is amazing!!......In addition - the THICK and very substantial square iron rods that reinforce the seat itself - are again - Tiger Tank tough!! Lastly - EVERY single "weld" in this bench IS absolutely perfect!! I've never seen such quality.... You will find none better.... Given all these great attributes which no other benches appear to have - (Trust me - I looked and looked and looked) especially at this introductory price - the bench is certainly destined for higher prices..... All exercise equipment is purchased at one's own risk but I certainly feel safe with this fine product and am sure others will feel the same way..... This weight bench is very sturdy and has all the bells and whistles my husband needs to work out on. The build quality is very good and the essembly instruction were straightforward that he was able to put it together in a short time. I'm very satisfied with this weight bench set. He loves the chest and bicep exercises.

I bought this a birthday gift for my 15 year old son and he loves it!!. He and I put it together, it took about 2 hours. I would say the quality is perfect for a beginner, its not a super heavy duty weight bench, but perfect for younger teenage boys just starting to work out! Both of my sons and their friends use it pretty much every day in our garage and it has held up with no issues. Very pleased with this bench!
