Great looking chair
My package was missing a part which was frustrating. I contacted the company and we came to a solution. Customer service was very responsive. The chair looks great and I think it'll comfortable once I have all the parts and can use it. For the price I think it's a great choice.

Beautiful chaise lounges!
Very easy to assemble and came with all the tools needed. The material will outlast any other outdoor furniture. chairs are just exactly like the pictures show. Love the color and the quality.Look great on my patio. Time to relax and enjoy!

Appearance
One of the best item I have in my backyard. The price is great and it is very easy to assemble. Just make sure all the screws are in but loose before tightening all of them (I read the other reviews so I planned ahead). I will definitely buy this item again.

Difficult to assemble
Chair was difficult to assemble - pieces didn't line up with screw holes. We had to re-drill some of the holes in order to assemble it. Power tools recommended - no way you can do this by hand with the dinky wrench and Allen wrench provided. Overall quality is so-so. I would have returned it if I hadn't been so far along in the assembly process. Not sure how long it will hold up to regular use, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Holes to not line up.
The lounge matches my outdoor set, but my husband had re-drill all the holes to put it together. Nothing lined up, poor manufacturing.
