Small but mighty
This thing is AWESOME! I have had it for a few years now and never had a problem. It is quiet when it runs, and gets the dishes clean every time. I do use Cascade pods with it so keep that in mind, I'm not sure how clean dishes would be with a cheaper detergent. It is small but if you figure out how to stack dishes correctly you can actually fit a good amount in it. I have never had any leaks but I also have never hooked it straight to the plumbing. My only suggestion is DO NOT USE DISH SOAP IN IT! Make sure your dishes have NO DISH SOAP on them, or it will over sud and throw an error code. Then you have to turn it off, re fill it, and start the cycle over, sometimes more than once to get rid of the suds.

27 Months later, still works great!
Bought this in May 2022. Nice and small fits by the sink nicely, easy to fill with a pitcher. Runs quietly and I actually enjoy the low whirl of the cycle. Love the eco 30 minute setting. Gets the dishes clean every time. Fits the right amount of dishes for my two person household. Has been easy to keep clean. Seems like a product that is going to last us a long time. I do recommend it to others.

Time saver! Powerful little machine, saves water, no hookup
I was pleasantly surprised by this little machine. If you take out the silverware holder you can fit even more dishes. I chose this one over many others due to the interior shape and size. The way it is built allows it to fit more dishes and larger ones too. I have a family of 5 and I use this little machine everyday. Liquid dishwasher soap works best but you can use the pods too. The water gets very hot once the machine heats it so don't make the mistake of running hot water into your machine, the dishes may get too hot and break. I have hand injuries from a car accident and I can't wash dishes like I used to. This little machine is a blessing! I would not hesitate to buy. I know I shouldn't have to say this but I will, Do Not Use Regular Dish Soap. Only use dishwasher detergent or you will ruin the machine. The best part of this machine is that you can pour water into the reservoir and don't have to hook up to plumbing

Wow, this is the best addition to our new NYC apartment. No more hand washing and with a little pre cleaning we never use ,onger than 35 minutes, it's quiet and most importantly effective. had it for over tow years without issue, love it!

Wish I bought it sooner!
I live in a small duplex and have been handwashing dishes for a year. This dishwasher is a gamechanger- especially if you have severe food allergies like myself. The heat feature disinfects much better than handwashing! I have saved a lot of money already on the water/heating bill too. It\'s not loud at all- much quieter compared to regular sized dishwashers I have had in the past. I love the feature where you can have multiple water inputs- makes it really versatile for moving it around the kitchen. We have ours on a bar cart and we love it!

ALMOST perfect
I bought this countertop dishwasher mainly to wash baby bottles and pump parts as well as regular tableware. It is fulfilling that purpose quite well. However, there is one thing that's a bit frustrating: the basket design is absolutely terrible! It has huge gaps that allows things to fall through - as if it was designed ONLY to be loaded with a two-person dinner set exactly as they picture. I understood I'd need a small parts basket for the little things. I'm talking cups and even small bowls are falling thru the basket and interfering with the sprayer. Once I get the hang of it I'm sure loading will be more quick - but right now I sometimes feel like I'm spending as much time trying to organize the dang dishes so they won't fall thru as I would just washing them all by hand. Would it really cost that much to just make the basket with a consistent grid instead of this haphazard corner-cutting use-as-little-material-as-we-can basket that doesn't even do its job of containing the items it's supposed to hold? If I had a 3D printer I would design a new one. Oh, and if you're curious about detergent: open nature free and clear pods work well on the 1hr setting so long as you don't have it overfilled with dishes. For the shorter cycle I use BioKleen free and clear powder. I have not tried any of the more popular brands due to needing free & clear for the silicone bottle and pump parts.

Love this small dishwasher!
I love this dishwasher. I live in a small bachelor apartment, so I needed to find a standalone, countertop dishwasher with a water tank because I could not easily hook it up to a faucet. I wanted to buy the Heatworks Tetra, but I was turned off from the produce when I learned that you had to use their special detergent tablets. This dishwasher lets you use any dishwashing liquid that you want, which is a big plus. I found that cheap dishwasher tablets left a dusty residue, but switching to a liquid dishwater detergent made my dishes come out cleanly. The unit is small, and sometimes dishes slip below the bottom of the rack, so you need to be careful when you place them in. I like this unit because it sprays from the top and the bottom. Great purchase. I’m so happy with it. I’ve had it for seven months, and it’s still working well. I’ll update if I have any problems, but so far so good.

Small but does a good job
Purchased this a handful of months ago. I live in an older home with no built-in dishwasher and have been doing all the dishes by hand for over 10 years. There's no convenient place to put in a dishwasher but I absolutely loathe doing the dishes by hand--especially silverware. After doing research over a few days I settled on this model. Basically, my only complaint is that a regular size dinner plate (10") will not fit in this model. Well, technically, it CAN, but only 1 or two at an extreme angle that would prevent you from washing anything else in that load. What does fit, however, comes out as clean as it would in a full-size dishwasher. It's easy to assemble, easy to operate, and does a good job of cleaning even dried-on left-overnight dishes. The water tank is easily filled, though it does add 3" of height--keep this in mind if you intend to position your unit under cabinets, as using the tank rather than a faucet hookup makes the unit too tall to fit under my upper cabinets. I still do pots, pans, and dinner plates (or larger items) by hand, but everything else fits and this product works well. I bought a handful of 9" frying pans for cooking which do fit in this unit and now I'm back to just doing pots & plates by hand. All in all, pleased with doing fewer dishes by hand and how well it works.

Low space, ease of use
This costway dishwasher is pretty good except for one thing. The space is not very large at all. You can fit maybe a few plates, a bowl or two, perhaps two cups and some silverware. Which is fair, it's not a large dishwasher, but it's almost easier and definitely faster to just hand wash. But, you won't get the sanitization that you would through this dishwasher. This is great if you have a baby or a toddler and need something to clean and sanitize bottles or small toys.
