Works great so far, feels great on the ball. Doesn't feel too much like grass. Seems like it's durable, I've hit a few hundred balls on it with no wear and tear.

The mat I bought on sale is of good quality and feels like a good deal. Well designed so that any poorly hit balls are noticed by the reel and the ball heads are clearly visible when the balls are well hit. I would not buy a mat smaller than 4' x 5' as it would be too small to stand on and practice hitting.

This is one of the best golf swing aids I've ever used. It's not one of those gimmicky gadgets. If you're working on your first touch, it does what you need: instant feedback low down. My only issue is that it seems to wear out a little fast; so the areas where I use it the most, it doesn't show up very well. They do include a replacement pad, though.

keep this mat in my basement with a net on the ceiling and now I can play every day - rain or shine, sunny or snowy. It takes a lot of practice to get the swing right but I think this mat should be fine. It looks durable and has been swung through thousands of times so far with no noticeable wear. I also love the ball tray. Very convenient for keeping extra balls out of the way but always within reach. A perfect combination. Buy it...you won't regret it.

If you've been wanting to improve your golf game but don't have the time to go to the driving range or club every day, then you definitely need this. I could immediately feel the improvement it made to my game within the first hour of using it. There's nothing better than using a real club and seeing your swing. I have to say, you can also tell that the material might wear out after a while. However, they provide two mats to practice on. For the price, it's definitely worth it.
