It seems sturdy, not heavy, and was easy to assemble. It is well constructed for height adjustment (maybe not so suitable for very tall or wide people). It was a gift. I have not received any negative responses and it has not been returned.

I love my shower chair so much! I have severe sciatica and standing in the shower is very difficult for me. Now with this chair, I can finally enjoy a good shower. It fits perfectly in the bathtub in my apartment. It was not difficult to assemble. It is very stable and I am relatively heavy. If I could give more stars, I would.

Great bathroom stool. We kept it in the bathroom to get dressed and get ready for the day. It took 30 minutes to assemble. It fits together very well. Should be durable in a dry environment. I would not use it as a shower stool. It is not waterproof. We bought another shower stool. That one is composite and is very durable. Highly recommend if you are looking for a stool for a dry environment.

would not use this if I weighed 400 pounds! I weigh 175 pounds and it still wobbles a bit in the lowest setting. The manufacturer should offer a lower height setting. Other than that, I am happy with it.

This is a beautiful bench. The legs need to be installed, but the seat and shelves are pre-made. It was very easy to assemble and it is very sturdy. The seat is wide enough to accommodate people of different sizes and the bamboo is very smooth without any splinters or sharp edges. The handles are easy to move around and hang a small towel on, and the shelves are great for shower shoes or shower supplies. We use it outside of the shower. Love it.

am very pleased with the quality of this seat. It was quick to assemble with the included stainless steel hardware. I weigh 210 lbs. It feels comfortable to sit on without worrying about it breaking underneath me. My wife uses it as a leg/foot support while she shaves. The extra storage underneath keeps the shower floor from cluttering. The price and value seem to be in line with the quality.

This teak shower stool is awesome! It was very simple to put together and it was very easy to install. I've used a few shower stools before where the holes didn't line up very well but this one was fine. The color is a little dark but I love it. It's also wide and tall enough for me at 4'11". I actually keep it in my walk-in closet as a seat while getting dressed and putting on my shoes. I'm sure this shower stool would work perfectly in the shower or outside in a large bathtub but you could use it anywhere. It comes beautifully packaged with all the tools needed for assembly and makes a great gift. Highly recommend!

just had leg surgery and can't lift my legs into a regular bathtub, so this chair is a life saver. I can swivel in and out of the tub with almost no effort. Also, being able to sit in the shower is great. The armrests can be raised and lowered, which is a great feature and stays out of my way. I am a larger person and this chair supports me well, and the comfort level of the chair is great. The leg adjustment is great for a variety of leg shapes.

I love this seat because it makes getting into the tub/shower safer for my husband who has dementia. He is unable to lift one leg over the tub without help. This seat allows him to do that more safely when sitting outside the tub. With the push of a button, I can push him, and with another push of a button, I can rotate him to face inward. The suction cups on the feet don't move, which ensures that even someone with less balance can do the whole process safely. The assembly process took less than two minutes - this is just an estimate because I didn't time it myself. The assembly process was very fast.

I bought this for my wife to put in the bathroom. It is very suitable for storing skin care products or towels. The material is very good, the accessories are complete, it is durable, the color is beautiful, and it matches my bathroom very well. She likes it very much. Although I bought it for her, I think it would be better if the price could be lower.

Nice bench. Looks sturdy and durable enough for our use. Very nice looking. I originally ordered it to replace the plastic/aluminum seat in the shower, but after looking at our outdoor teak patio furniture, I decided it would be too small for daily showers and other shower supplies. Currently it sits just outside the shower with dry towels, bath supplies, etc. and maybe a place to sit and wipe feet, do pedicures, etc. The price seems reasonable and comparable to similar teak shower bench prices.
