This is my first towel warmer, and I have to say it's one of the best purchases I've ever made. It has a timer, it heats quickly, and has a safety shut off when nothing is in it. I will say it has a bit of an odor? Maybe it's the material with the heat? I've had it for several weeks and it still has a bit of an unpleasant odor (which sticks with your towel). It's super cute though. Highly recommend

Absolute luxury and game changer for anyone. The towel warmer heats to the right temperature, I love that it has multiple timer settings as well as shuts off when you take the towel out of the warmer. I do notice a slightly musty smell but I try to keep a fresh towel in the bathroom so it doesn't get any moisture or dirty smells in the towel warmer. This is the best gift I've given people, it's so unique and everyone loves it

Got this as a gift for my mom and she absolutely loves it. It is high quality, makes towels nice and warm or blankets so it's perfect for winter months and doesn't take up too much space so it's easy to slide in a corner!

My wife and kids love coming out of the shower to a nice warm towel or robe so I got this for the kids bathroom. This towel warmer can hold 2 large size towels with ease. Despite the warm/hot temperature inside, the heat does not transfer outside making this easy for kids to use without worry about them burning themselves on it. The heat is distributed evenly across the container so the towel is warm without areas that may be hotter than others. I like the app control option since this allows me to turn the warmer on for them even after they are already inside the bathroom with the door locked.

EVERYONE NEEDS A TOWEL WARMER! This is the best gift I have ever gotten and I give it as gifts now. It is so easy to use and does not get your towel too hot. It gets it perfectly warm. I also think these look nice in your bathroom because they are so sleek. I also warm up my robe and pajamas before bed. I use this all year long. It is made durable but does not weigh too much. It will not fall over but it's not hard to move either.

I ordered this for my Master bathroom. Cold winter and getting out of the tub and making my way across the room for a towel……..No bueno….. Now I pop in a fragrance disk before I set the timer and when I get out of the tub a nice warm towel awaits me. And they are warm! All the way through, unlike warmer bars where there is just one warm strip in the middle. My only complaint with this product is that the interior metal isn't very nice. It looks grey and nasty and I was afraid it was going to stain my white towels, which it did not. But it could be a little nicer to look at!

While i would love to buy one of the racks you mount on your wall, i did not want to spend that much money at first and put holes in the wall for something i was unsure about. i went with this bucket style first, and i am quite happy with it. I am one of those cheapies who keeps their home fairly cold during the winter, and even when i didn't getting out of the shower with wet hair and body in the winter sometimes can be a bit jarring after being in a warm shower. this helps that quite a bit, the little mood pick up when i open the bucket and grab that warm towel is great. Always think of Kramer and him not wearing clothes unless they were fresh out of the dryer doesn't hurt as well. While i do think i will at some point upgrade to one of the wall mounted racks, for the aesthetic purpose and spacial reasons, i will still find a use for this in the home gym or something similar. highly recommended.

Works well and looks good. A warm towel when you get out of the shower is comforting. The towel does not stay warm long enough to dry your whole body. After it gets wet it is no longer warm. It is large enough to put 2 towels in it so you can use one for your upper body and one for your lower body.
