Its a very pretty tree. It looked very attractive in the living room and went with my aesthetic. However after a month we noticed the wood was splitting and becoming splintered. Also my cat was able to rip off the balls very easily. I wouldn’t recommend this cat tower.

Some of the holes misdrilled so that it can’t be completely put together. Spent lots of time and energy lugging all the parts upstairs, trying to assemble then having to drag it all back downstairs again and take to my local Target for a return. Really sad cuz it’s a great design and all wood like I wanted

The big one is not usable. There is no room for the cat to go from the fist level, to the second level and then the top level is virtually on top of the second level, so despite putting our cat on it multiple times, she won\'t use it. The pictures look like there is room, but there isn\'t. That is probably why the smaller one has a diagram of how the cat can go up it, where the bigger one doesn\'t b/c they can\'t. Then for it to state free returns and then to find out that you have to pay shipping which is more that it costs, is ridiculous. Wish we would have bought the smaller one, but don\'t want to take the chance now. Update: so we ended up taking off the top shelf and using those screws that were used for the top shelf to screw down the second shelf and put a rug on the different levels and now she\'ll use it

I have two male cats (aged five and one), and they adored this tree from the minute we put it together! It was very easy to do so and took only about 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend this tree! Well worth it.
