Easy assembly and nice color. I have assembled four different brands of loft beds for myself and my family over the past year. This one was by far the easiest. It's light and I can easily move it from the shade to where I want it. (I'm 5'2" and 64). Great value for the money. The only (small) annoyance is that the plastic shrink wrap that secures the pieces during shipping stuck to the corner covers. I couldn't remove it - so it eventually had to weather off.

If this product last a year, we'll be lucky just filling it with soil caused the middle post to crack. Don't waste your money.

It was so easy to put together and the bed is awesome! The size is perfect for a starter backyard flower bed. I put it together myself in about an hour. Today we were finally able to fill it up. To fill it up we used 4 loads of leaves, sticks, etc. from our yard, 4 2 cubic foot bags of mulch, and 13 1.5 cubic foot bags of gardening soil. It cost about $90 to fill it up. We are so happy with our purchase.

The company is very quick to respond to questions and resolve issues. One of the beds we ordered was damaged during shipping. They replaced it immediately. The bed was easy to install and feels very sturdy. Can't wait to start growing vegetables!

read a lot of reviews and looked at a lot of other options before deciding to buy these. The metal is great and there are no sharp edges. I feel safe with my naughty kids running around them and not worrying about getting cut. I bought 4 4'x8' beds and 2 4' round beds. I can't wait to fill them up and start planting. If you are really looking for a quality planter, look no further than these; you won't be disappointed!

We bought this raised planter for my wife to use as a garden and she really likes it. She loves the rustic design and the brown color. This planter is quite high so if you plan on filling it with soil you will need a lot of soil. The planter itself is made of metal and looks a little flimsy but once you put the soil in it it holds its shape really well. Just be aware that this does take a long time to put together! It was easy to put together and followed the instructions but there are a lot of screws and such. So be prepared. Once it is assembled it is a bit heavier and harder to move on your own so you may need another person to help carry it to where it is going. It is a good size though and has plenty of room for all your crops. Overall my wife really likes this raised planter and it didn't take long to put together.

We have a number of these planters next to our large industrial looking shop building which looks great. They add a lot of space to grow herbs, flowers and veggies and also add a lot of beauty to an otherwise unattractive area of our property. Made of sheet metal, these planters are much sturdier than I expected and are affordable. They came well packaged and there was no damage in shipping. They are not difficult to assemble but would be much easier with two people and a power screwdriver. One person could do it by hand but it would take a while to assemble 9 of them. As others have mentioned, the most time consuming part is getting the parts out of the packaging. This seems like something the company could easily solve. Prying each wing nut and bolt out of the sticky shrink wrap and peeling the plastic coating off each sheet of metal took about half of the total assembly time. While the bubble wrap already between the sheets prevents scratching, putting the hardware in a bag that doesn't require prying off each small part cuts assembly time in half without compromising other functions. Other than that, the assembly process was very simple. Once all the bolts were tightened, they were very sturdy. We filled the beds first with cardboard, then twigs, and finally with a mixture of topsoil and rotted sawdust. We made sure to fill in the layers, carefully watering and semi-compacting each layer so as not to collapse any sides in the process. But considering how sturdy the assembled boxes are, this seemed difficult to do. The finished beds are the perfect height for easy maneuvering without bending over. They are large enough and deep enough (our beds are 6'x3'x2') and retain moisture well even in our dry climate, so they don't need to be watered often. So far, in the first year, they look like new, and we expect they will last for many years, possibly even a lifetime. We are very happy with this purchase and will purchase more if we need beds elsewhere.

Our old wooden garden boxes were rotting from years of use. We decided to upgrade to metal boxes as they will last longer and hopefully won't have the sides pop off after a few years like our wooden boxes did. These boxes are much smaller than I thought they would be. I ordered the 4x12x1 size and the panels are 4 feet long so they connect in thirds with the included hardware. It's not hard to install, just be a little careful as there may be sharp edges here and there. The instructions are sketchy but once you get the hang of it they work. I would say these should be good for most uses but they are very thin metal. With very little force applied to the metal you can easily bend it. We dented it by accidentally dropping the shovel handle on the edge while shoveling. Luckily, while it dents easily you can bend it back so it's no big deal. Final note - these require the use of support bars (included as needed) across the width dimension to hold the sides to the center structure, the two connections basically divide the box into 4x4 squares. The support poles are as thick as chopsticks at the very bottom and have 3/4 connections so you can't see them once there's dirt in them. This means you basically can't rototill them anymore (if you ever did that before). And finally a final note - for whatever reason, 4x12s seem to be sold more often than all the other options for more space. Pro tip they don't want you to know: you can make a 4x12 smaller by simply not connecting all the panels. It can become a 4x4, 4x8, or 4x12 (since they all come in 4 foot sections). You just build it up to the size you want. Then if you need a bigger raised bed, you just pop off the ends and expand it later.

This is by far the best bed I have bought at Costway and I would definitely recommend them

We elected to plant our herbs in pots and set them in this raised garden bed. It works wonderfully and looks great!

This was very simple to put together, though it took maybe 45 minutes because of how many pieces. Well worth what I paid for it. It is working like a charm

48 screws and a drill put this together in 1 hour. I have severe arthritis!. I was excited to complete this project by myself!
