A veery absorbable form of magnesium. I have used it for decades.

I've been using this supplement for 2 years now because I heard about it from a nutritionist podcast (Ted Broer, PhD) of holistic care and alternative medicine. He specifically mentioned "Chelated" magnesium not regular magnesium for better sleep and muscle relaxation. Plus I've been taking it at least a hour before bed after I had a good meal from the gym because of muscle soreness from resistance training and recovery. I can't do post-workout recovery drinks, supplements, or meals due to them giving me bad indigestion during the night; however, this product has helped out a lot with soreness and better sleep that when I get up the next day in the morning, I'm less sore from leg day and feel well rested. This is my second bottle so it's worth the price for the capsules quantity and I do split with my mom too! Thank you.

I used this for 9 years and benefited greatly from it. Suddenly I noticed the benefits I'd been used to diminishing. It took me a while but when I finally compared an old bottle that I'd kept to a new one, I found the ingredients had been changed. I switched to a different brand bc the new formulation of country life was not working for me.

This product used to be great, but they changed the formula, and it no longer works for me.

Country life Magnesium from Swanson is my favorite as I get a great discount over my usual health food store price! It helps me sleep much better at night. I take two tablets an hour before bedtime and I sleep through the night again! I have recommended it to my friends as well. It also helps with constipation and gives a sense of calm after taking the tablets. One of my favorite supplements.
