Not what I expected
My expectation were high but once I received the machine I was super disappointed with it. The machine did not work from the beginning and I have not been able to us it. Not working at all.

It worked great for one print. Then the nozzle plugged up and the replacement I ordered won't work, nothing comes out. Too bad, seemed like a great addition to my tools. I'd recommend doing more research on other brands

In the first 24 hours I've had nothing but problems. The extruder clogged twice and I had to take the extruder out and take it apart to fix it. While trying to put it back in the wires in the connector were so loose they came out while I was trying to put it back into the female connector. This printer is crap.

Its nice.
This was my first time using a 3d printer and it was really easy to get started. I’m not a fan of the slicer option it has so I recommend downloading Cura Slicer. If and when I buy another I will get one with a bigger plate but otherwise it’s a nice size, easy to use.

I purchased the K1 for fast printing, and it was working very well for about a week Then the system gave me problems the extruder kept jamming and not pulling the filament properly, The printer is not operational until the part replacement, and it has been over a month since pourtchase. I'm very disappointed with my purchase because I haven't been printing since the parts failed.

Yeah, it's fast, when it works. But it often reboots itself mid-print. Support is hard to deal with. They want logs, but I get an error when I try to get the logs. I severely regret buying this thing.

It was difficult to get it mated to my phone . Had to go through the entire procedure at least 10 times . Aside from the boat , it wouldn’t print anything successfully. 600 worth of useless junk . Not happy at all

One of the most frustrating printers I have ever owned. The printer looks amazing and prints fast but that is everything good about it. The hotend constantly loses grip on the filament and needs to tended to which makes almost every longer than 2 hour print fail. There are so many things wrong with this printer from the slicer to the hardware but the one point above is what kills it for me. I've tried everything I know to fix the problems in the hot end and there is little to no information I can find to fix the issues I have. I could try to get support from Creality but I already have had a case for a defective sprite extruder open for 2 months now and I have very little hope this would be solved anytime soon.

Tried contacting creality twice to let them know FedEx broke the lid to my K1 in shipment and no response. Printer looks nice but does not work well. Every time I try to print anything with a bace bigger than about 2" it won't work. It keeps over extruding and creating problems. I have tried everything I can to get it to work properly but nothing works. I've tried using different filiment, adjusting the settings, resetting it, I even swapped the build plate to a textured one yet still nothing helped. I have a Ender 5 S1 as well and it seems to be a million times better when it comes to actually doing what it's supposed to. Like I said the K1 looks nice but sucks overall.

It would appear that Creality is deleting my negative comments. I posted a 1 star review on June 9th which has magically gone missing. So I'm going to speed run the recap. Extruder started failing within 24hrs, I emailed Creality. No response until I posted the negative review (which again is now missing). Each response has days between them and include comments like (did you try printing slower?) or (did you use Creality Brand filament?). The procrastination is evident. They don't like RMAs and they don't like giving refunds. Machine won't extrude now unless I assist the feed by hand from the back (Yes the extruder lock is shut). I won't even push plastic now from a simple "extrude test command". Complete fail. I'm fully expecting this review to be deleted and I'm now timing how long it takes them and documenting it.

Dont get this printer. I got the printer and after a couple of days of trying to get it to print well, I have given up. The printer is built fairly well for the price but the software is terrible. I had the printer throw numerous errors and lock up randomly a few times. The mobile app is riddled with ads and doesnt even connect for me. The desktop software is so archaic. And finally, the nail in the coffin, the print quality is terrible. I printed the preloaded benchy. It first failed a few times and when it printed, it was much worse than my Ender 3. I printed a bunch of other parts but they are all stringy with inconsistent extrusion. It prints very fast but the quality is terrible. And that is the default print speed out of the box. There isnt a clear way to slow it down either without messing with all the various speed options. Creality tried to compete with Bambu but only matched them in speed and maybe build quality, everything else about this printer is worse. I tried to ask for help or to return it but was told that someone will get back to me. I am still waiting.

k1 it's a blind 3D machine in beautiful box! Please. I will appreciate if there is anyone can take my K1 3d printer and buys me Ender 3v2!!. I hope if there is any way to replace K1 with Ender 3v 2. I'm just tired of K1 and it's my mistake, i will never ever buy again any 3d printer with auto leveling. - Creality!! should feel shame of Calibration methods for K1. - Don't listen of anyone telling you about auto leveling because it's doesn't make any sense and it's for the nozzle not for the hot bed. - K1 in the box with belt which is not possible to timing the belt teeth with any production failure to level surfaces. - K1 self-check It's terrible with strong vibrations. The only good thing is printing via Wi-Fi, otherwise buy Ender 3v2 and enjoy with 3d printing.

Worked great for 2 weeks then I got a 111 error. Replaced motherboard, hotend and hotend card. No luck. 6 weeks and lots of part swapping later still not working. Hoping to exchange for a new one.
