Tasted good but separated quickly
The sauce tasted really good when I first purchased and opened it, I really loved it especially in my chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, after only 3-4 days in my fridge it separated into an oil layer on top and the cream layer on the bottom. When I shake it up it gets mixed together again but it just feels runny and not like it was when I first opened it. I’m not comfortable with using it anymore and had to toss it because it might be bad after separation and change of consistency. I really wish that didn’t happened because it did taste good.

I love Good & Gather but this was not it. There was major separation and the oil was sitting on top. I know that oil is in most sauces but I wasn't prepared to see how much & it's Canola oil so I was immediately turned off. I still tried to push through by shaking it multiple times and it just never came together. I had to trash it.

I love this sauce so much! Its so delicious and my favorite sauce to use on my tacos and bowls. I've tried others, but this one has beat all of them. You just have to shake the bottle to get rid of any oil on top. LOVE!!!
