Cute and practical

I thought the little drainage slats at the bottom of the container were a nice tough. I haven't had any of my seeds grow yet. Maybe my soil was a little too week. Cute idea. Great for kids.

My daughter loves this kitty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The concept is fun and the planter is cute and fun to decorate, but nothing has sprouted and it's been weeks. I followed the directions and I didn't put very many seeds in it. I'll see if I can try something else to get it to grow, but so far nothing.

We're sorry to hear of the lack of growth - this is generally the cause of over or underwatering - you should water it to moist, not wet, when the soil is dry. Thankfully, we provide more than enough seeds for multiple plantings to try again.

My kiddos love the Plant Pet

Fun little way to introduce kids into planting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a fun little experiment for our youngest ones and was a great opportunity to teach them about how plants grow. While the end result didn’t end up working, they still had fun decorating the planter pot. It’s quite simple to do, decorate the pot, put some potting soil down, add the chia seeds, and use the water dropper to water the seeds. We did a full dropper of water everyday and left the planter outside in the sun. It was still unseasonably hot outside or birds could have got to the seeds….therefore nothing grew. The kids were bummed and we tried again with new soil and new seeds…..still the same result. Maybe our family doesn’t have green thumbs!

Cutest Plant I Ever Did See
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be the cutest little plant I have ever seen. My son's cat is orange with a purple collar, so this is the perfect fit for him. He really enjoyed putting the soil, then the seeds, and watering it daily. We did expect it to grow alot faster than it did, but almost 1.5 weeks later we finally were seeing some sprouts. I would definitely purchase this again for my child and a gift for others.

My daughters were excited to finally be able to grow something of their own. It came with dirt, plenty of seeds and a little dropper to water it everyday. The chia seeds started to sprout up in as little as 3 days. This is a really cute idea for children that want to experience growing something of their own.

This chia pet is so freaking cute and so easy!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to share this experience with my 7 year old son. We have an orange cat named rusty so he was super excited to put all this together. It was super easy and ended up being so freaking cute I can't stand it. Took about 4 days to sprout we have had some rainy days so not a lot of sunshine to speed up the growth but it's thriving and doing so good! I've never had a chia pet despite growing up in the 90's/00's so this was fun to do together. Everything stuck well stickers were easy to peel and it's turning out so good! The little guide for the pet bed was easy for my son to grasp quickly. He had a blast. Love this!!

Would be great for kids for science projects at home or just to show different steps for plants to grow and to show responsibility when watering. 10/10
