Q: I usually get Crest mouthwash which has an expiration date besides a lot number. I just ordered this and it just has a lot number but no expiration date. Should it have an expiration date on bottle?
A: We're very sorry to hear about this, Kim. We do extensive quality testing to ensure our rinses reach you in perfect condition. Mouthwash can be stored both unopened or opened for a period of 3 years. All mouthwashes carry the expiry date at the back label, usually next to the batch code. Q: Are you supposed to use this before or after brushing your teeth? And if after, are you supposed to not eat or drink anything for 30 minutes or something? There's no instructions.
A: Hi Kathryn! Thanks so much for asking these great questions. For the best whitening results we recommend using the mouthwash twice a day after brushing your teeth, and waiting up to 30 minutes to eat or drink after use.
