A: I don't avoid coffee, but I do rinse my mouth with water really well right after finishing a cup.

It may be helpful to know that research shows our Whitestrips are effective for people who have stains from coffee, tea, dark sodas, red wine and even a few fruits and vegetables which are proven causes of discolored teeth. If you continue to use staining substances such as these, your teeth may discolor again.

There is a top and bottom strip to apply to your teeth. I found they stuck well. I didn’t seem to notice much of a taste but did always brush afterward and also used mouthwash before. I didn’t use the treatments each night but rather every other day just for my own preference and to ensure everything was working well. I noticed quite the difference!

It is simple to use and doesn’t take a lot of time or effort. It is flavorless and one week in I’m seeing results. I’m a staunch coffee consumer and it is removed the stains. I will repurchase if needed.

The first time I took them off it felt a bit weird because they were kind of stuck, but that’s normal and they come off quickly. After using them, you can brush to remove the leftover gel or just leave it — it’s not that much. After just a week, I already noticed a difference; my teeth look about a shade whiter. I’m definitely going to keep using them. I feel like if I go past 14 days, the results will be even better. I’m pretty sure in 30 days it’s going to be a big change!
