Q: I have done two treatments, I now have white spots on my front teeth. Is that normal?

A: I do believe that is normal, I have used other types of whitening strips and I have small little white patches on my teeth as well, they claim they should fade within 48 hours, but I've been using my whitening strips consistently without any downtime in between so I haven't been able to see them fade yet

Please know, we have many safety checks in place to ensure our products are safe when used as directed. Whitening can cause people to become more aware of the color and imperfections in their teeth. It is possible that certain pre-existing stains or natural uneven coloring are noticed as teeth have been whitened. One possible cause of these imperfections is mild dental fluorosis, which can appear as white spots or lines in the tooth enamel. Your dental professional may be able to determine the cause and help with alternative treatments. If you haven't already, we recommend you discontinue using this package of Whitestrips. A: Great question, Kim. Use the light at the end of your Crest Whitestrips treatment. Apply the strips and wear them for the time indicated on your Whitestrips packaging. After that amount of time, press and hold the two buttons on the light simultaneously to turn it on, then release. Next, place the light against the strips on your front teeth until the light automatically turns off after 5 minutes (the light will beep and turn off automatically after the 5 minutes is up). Q: Can you brush your teeth after using the strips??

A: Yes, after using Crest Whitestrips, you can brush gently. Note, though, that we don't recommend you brush immediately before applying the strips. And you should allow for some time to pass after you've brushed your teeth to apply the strips. This will help avoid gum irritation. Q: How often can I use a whitening kit? It says on website you can use 2 kits per year, but doesn’t say how long it should be between uses, weeks, several months, etc?

A: You can choose how often you'd like to use the two kits; they can be used back to back, or several months apart, however, we don't recommend using more than two kits in a 12 month period.

Some users may be more prone to sensitivity than others, and, as with any teeth whitening product containing peroxide, sensitivity or soreness may temporarily develop when using 3D White Whitestrips. The irritation is temporary and will subside; there are steps you can take to reduce or eliminate this sensitivity. You can use the Whitestrips over a more extended period by waiting a day between applications or alternating between upper and lower strips. Doing so will cause whitening to take longer, but it will not alter the overall whitening effect. Do not brush too hard or more than twice a day during treatment. Make sure to gently brush your teeth with a soft-bristle brush no more than twice a day. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities, and it’s good that you discontinued use when the sensitivity became too much, as that is what we’d recommend. I do have sensitive teeth and I did find after about 8-9 days my teeth did feel a little tender so I just skipped a day and it felt fine. I am a coffee drinker and have always struggled with yellow teeth. I think that the product did fine. I wasn’t expecting blinding white teeth but I feel like there is a noticeable difference that I am genuinely happy with. Would definitely recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a very loyal crest customer, and have been for the past 5+ years, specifically their 2 step whitening toothpaste, and whitening mouthwash, I hadn’t really used the whitening strips before now, because the price point was so high, I didn’t think I could justify it, but now I’m obsessed! I do think you should keep in mind that according to Crest, you shouldn’t use more than two boxes (2 full treatments) per year, so really, the price is further justified because you should really only need to use them for touch ups after your first treatment. I’m a big coffee lover, Lorelei Gilmore status coffee enthusiast, and crest is always my saving grace— I definitely plan to add these to my whitening routine!

Using these to prepare for my upcoming wedding and I got great results with little to no sensitivity, which is awesome. I have used Crest Whitestrips in the past that have made my teeth super sensitive. These Sensitive Bright Whitestrips claim to cause less sensitivity, and they’re not wrong. There was still mild sensitivity, but it wasn’t as bad as the other ones I’ve tried. As for the whitening, I have noticed my teeth getting a shade lighter but it wasn’t a big difference.

It was pretty simple, followed a very traditional and common form of whitening, being that it was tacky strips. I thought the LED light was going to make a large difference, however, I don't think it did. And the claim on the box is that in using up an entire box of the system will remove 20 years of stains.. that is definitely not true! As you can see from my before and after photo it barely removed any staining, because my teeth only got a shade or two whiter than when I started the system. I did recommend it to someone else i know that has extremely sensitive teeth, but other than that I wouldn't recommend this product as a whitening solution. I will say I did not have any sensitivity while using the system, so if that is your concern I guess give it a go.

The entire process was seamless. All you need to do is apply the strips and wait 30 mins. Tip: dry your teeth off before applying strips to ensure the strips don’t move. After 30 minutes, use the whitening light. It will auto shut-off after a few minutes when the time is up! I noticed a huge difference in the coloration of my teeth after 2 uses. I’ve used them a couple of times a week, and I haven’t experienced any sensitivity issues since. They’re an outstanding product if you’re looking for an effective way to brighten your smile!

Crest has always been a solid choice for me for strips that have virtually no taste. They’re easy for me to wear for a long period enough time. The box asked for in order to get great results. Overall, my teeth are pretty white, but I still like to do a round of strips every couple months to keep them looking that way. However, since I have gotten older, my teeth have gotten more sensitive so I find myself using them less and less. When I saw that Crest had a whitening strip set for sensitive teeth, I was so excited to try them. The strips easily adhered to my teeth and I had absolutely no sensitivity. This kit came with a light as well to use after the strips have been in for a half hour. This light is suppose to speed up the whitening process. I tried using the light, but it felt uncomfortable in my mouth. I also didn’t want to stop and take the time to hold it in my mouth. I love the idea and the concept of the light, I preferred not to use it. Even without the light, these work great and I haven’t even used for the full 14 days yet. Can’t wait for the end results.

I think they now look like 3 shades whiter, I notice every time I look in the mirror. Additionally, I have very sensitive teeth. In the past I’ve never been able to do white strips for more than 2 days in a row. These I was able to do for 14 days in a row with no pain or discomfort!!! Will be using these again
