A: I don't avoid coffee, but I do rinse my mouth with water really well right after finishing a cup.

It may be helpful to know that research shows our Whitestrips are effective for people who have stains from coffee, tea, dark sodas, red wine and even a few fruits and vegetables which are proven causes of discolored teeth. If you continue to use staining substances such as these, your teeth may discolor again.

Most of them do cause irritation on the gums but not these! Super gentle and stick on nicely! Gentle whitening too, you have to be consistent but even only have 3 days in a row you see improvement in color!

My teeth are already white so this helped brighten them up a little if you don’t have sensitive teeth I do recommend them. You get a lot of strips.

As time went on, I got better at applying them, but they’re generally not hard to apply. I’ve seen some reviews stating that the original Crest 3D Whitening Strips made their teeth sensitive, which is why I decided to try the sensitive version to see if that’s any better. After about a week of use, I had a little sensitivity, but it didn’t bother me too much. On TikTok, I learned that cutting them in half can reduce sensitivity and I do think that helped. Cutting them in half also made the application easier and they were more comfortable to wear for 45 minutes. But, using the whole strip didn’t cause that much sensitivity, so if you don’t want to cut them you don’t have to. After two weeks, my teeth do look whiter, but you obviously won’t get super white teeth with these. But I definitely see a difference which is all I was expecting. I would highly recommend trying Crest 3D Whitening Strips Sensitive Bright! You get whiter teeth without making your teeth too sensitive. You can also look into the other versions if you don’t experience or are not concerned about teeth sensitivity.

I was impressed with the sticking power of these. They didn't have that slimy slippery feel and stuck well to my teeth the entire time I had them on. I haven't been able to test them for long enough to know how effectively they whiten, but so far so good.

I read the instructions and this is something that is easy to apply. I make sure to put a timer and then take it off. I like to rinse and if necessary just brush my teeth again. You leave them on for 45 minutes which can be a bit long. Especially since in my case they got pretty foamy - making it hard to use while working. They were super easy to put on my top teeth, but my bottoms aren't as straight and they kept sliding around. They never fully came off though, until I took them off. I will say I noticed a brighter smile after the first few treatments.

Sometimes they don’t work as evenly as I’d like, but I think that has a lot to do with your enamel so if you’re someone who has worn yours out over time just be weary of that. They didn’t cause much sensitivity with me like the older ones used to so that was nice. I think overall it was good for the cost.
