Q: No where on the box or the strips does it say how long to leave it on. Why not?
A: On the front of the box it says to leave on for 30 minutes.

A: We do not recommend using expired Whitestrips. The whitening power may not be as effective as unexpired ones.

Q: I just ordered this. I understand there are 24 strips for a 12 days treatment. My question is, what is recommended in terms of how often one should do the treatment? One treatment every 6 months or once a year?
A: Our Whitestrips keep for 24 months, or two years, so we don’t recommend using one treatment a year. How often you apply is up to you! If you’re looking for big results on a schedule, you can use them daily or every other day. If you’re looking for more maintenance, you can do one treatment a month. Please feel free to give us a call at (800) 395-8423 if you have any further questions!

Q: does not indicate which is for upper or which is for lower or does it not matter? ones I have used in the past showed which is for which. Thank you.
A: The top Whitestrip is the longer one, and the bottom strip is shorter. You can use the top Whitestrip on your bottom teeth, but it may be helpful to know that the bottom arch of our teeth is smaller and curved more tightly, so the longer upper strips may not fit or adhere well.
