This is the worst tasting toothpaste I ever had and the next day it left a sour, nasty taste in my tongue. I much prefer Crest pro health enamel restore in the gel.

I’ve been using this toothpaste for about a month now hoping it would get better. It seems to slough off the lining of my gums and leaves them raw and uncomfortable. I thought maybe I just needed to get used to using a new toothpaste. I was wrong. It keeps getting worse. This toothpaste is one of the most expensive ones out there. I wasted my money.

I have used this toothpaste for many years. I love the flavor! It's different from the other peppermint flavors. Just because we're adults doesn't mean we don't like a variety. I have had a very hard time finding it in stores during this paste year though, and now I'm half way through my last tube.

This contains Stannous Fluoride which is very good for your teeth and gums. Stannous Fluoride protects against sensitivity, gingivitis, plaque and kills germs. The funny taste is from the fluoride, which can also stain. This toothpaste has whiteners to preven this. As for the grittiness, it's extra hydrated silica to aid in the prevention of staining. All with good intentions. If it lingers on your teeth for a while after brushing, again all good. I like the taste as well.

Love this toothpaste. Not too minty and helps with keeping teeth white. I wish it was available in a travel/TSA approved size. The regular Pro-Health Whitening is a much different tasting toothpaste and doesn't whiten as well.

Worst packaging I have ever seen! Have used Crest for years and this particular one was gross! Cover wouldn't go back on it and the toothpaste went all over the bathroom drawer. I ended up throwing it away. It was the 5.1 oz. tube; Pro-Health whitening power.

I was using pro health advanced strengthening toothpaste, decided to give the whitening power toothpaste a try. As a Pharmacist I was intrigued by what ingredient the toothpaste had in it that made it different from the strengthening paste. After looking at the ingredients list for the two paste the ingredients are the exact same, therefore I don't understand how you can call it whitening power. Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I pretty much exclusively use Crest toothpaste and the Pro-Health line is my favorite. So as far a toothpaste goes this is great. I love all the benefits this one toothpaste packs. It had a fresh minty taste that is not at all overpowering. This all being said I don't think this did anything to whiten my teeth. I drink a lot of coffee, tea, and Diet Coke so maybe for someone who is gentler on their teeth this may work a bit but for me I didn't notice a difference. I used this entire tube of toothpaste before writing this review using it 2-3 times a day and noticed no difference in the whiteness of my teeth. I will continue to use the Crest Pro Health line but will probably switch to a different type in the line.

I have almost used the sample tube that I was given and my teeth appear to be brighter. The flavor is pleasant to the taste as well. I just had my dental checkup today, and the dentist was impressed with the overall health of my teeth. There were no cavities, and the hygienist reported very little buildup. So the product must be having good effects. Additionally, in my "goodie bag" from the dentist is a tube of this same toothpaste--dentist recommended.

I usually don't like the taste of tartar control toothpaste, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great this tastes! What I don't like is that it's quite gritty when you begin brushing, but by the tim I'm finished most of the gritty feeling is gone and there is none left after rinsing.
