Pump mechanism doesn’t work
Love the product but the delivery system doesn’t work. I have a half film tube that I cannot use as the dispenser button no longer works. Premium product with defective pump.

Great product, pump inadequate, skimpy tube size
Product is outstanding. Recommend the existing pump be replaced with a flip cap. Recommend that Crest offer this product in a family size; large enough for my spouse and I to brush twice daily for two weeks. Thanks!

Don't buy this product. It may be crest,
I bought this a couple of months ago. No difference at all. Have 2nd tube to try. Pump is terrible. Hard to push, filled up with hard paste. Terrible product

Decent Whitening Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pen is a twist up pen so you can control the amount of product applied to the teeth. The easiest part of the process is keeping your mouth open for 60 seconds. Keeping an led light mouth guard in for half an hour is a little difficult. The product is not harsh. I think it would take several uses along with whitening toothpaste to see significant results. If you have a half hour to spare every day, this could be a great add on to dental hygiene.

Like the toothpaste, not the dispenser
Like the toothpaste and think my teeth look whiter but do not like the dispenser. It is hard to use, the "spring" does not spring back and I am pretty sure I am going to feel that I have been cheated as there is no way I will be able to use all the toothpaste. Need to rework that dispenser

I Actually See the Change!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was honestly surprised by how well the Crest 3D White Pen and Light worked. It was easy to use and didn’t make a mess like some other whitening products I’ve tried. The pen goes on clean and the light is compact and simple to hold in place for a few minutes. After just a few uses, I started to notice a real difference. My teeth looked noticeably whiter and brighter. I didn’t experience any sensitivity, which I was worried about since that’s been an issue for me with strips and stronger treatments. It’s also nice that I can do this at home without needing a full whitening session at the dentist. It’s quick, convenient, and the results were better than I expected for something so simple. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a whitening option that’s easy to stick with.

It isn’t good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Eh. The directions are conflicting. One place says an hour another says 30 mins. But the whitening goop won’t stay on for either length of time. The light only runs 10 mins so as soon as you close your mouth it rehydrates the goop and it’s gone.

The strips are usually too strong for my sensitive teeth but this pen and light works wonders. 10/10 I really love how easy it is to use. Brush on and sit for 30 minutes before using the light. The light part is like 5-10 minutes, I always forget to keep track of time.
