  • A: Kayla, it can be used on sealed hard floors and area rugs, but shouldn't be used on wall-to-wall carpet as it isn't a dry vacuum and won't work like a deep cleaner on carpet.

    I am still not sure about this cleaner. I am a little disappointed that it doesn't have a light and it seems not to hold a lot of dirty water. Although the container is large, and a max line. I have had many Bissell products, and I wish it was better for my home. Maybe the better model is better, Maybe they will send that, so I can return this one. Somewhat disappointed. Larry

    Great floor cleaner

    I have 3 large dogs and wet foot prints can be an issue on tile and laminate floors. The wet and dry cleaner keeps my floors clean without having to drag out the mop and bucket.

    bit disappointed

    It works well, but it's not exactly what i was looking for. I would like a wet dry vac that is easy to use for small clean ups and accidents. The Crosswave is suppose to be cleaned after each use. So it's just as easy as getting out a mop and bucket.

    works fairly well but I recommend sweeping before you try using this vac mop if u have a dog that sheds like crazy, otherwise you have to take it apart and clean hair out often

    Not worth it

    If this vacuum works well until the rubber piece that actually helps throw the water up into it. It starts coming apart really easy so it didn’t last long now at least water all over the floor because I can’t get a new part for it.

    I use this product on my tile floors. I like that it vacuums and mops at the same time. I don't like that I can't use it on carpet. The product says multi-surface but not for carpet.

    Leaked dirty water

    Worked great for 2 months, then started leaking the dirt water all over the floor every time I turned it on. It would puddle the dirty water. Cleaned the machine and still didn't work. Very disappointed.

Our place is about 1200 sq ft of wood and ceramic tile floors. Before I would vacuum then mop, it took forever and hurt my back. This little go getter 2 in 1 is amazing, nice and light.
