Well built. Fool proof. Beautiful.

I didn't expect much because the price was so low and I kind of expected it to be made so-so. HOWEVER' I've had this for just over a week and I'm extremely impressed with the quality of this product. It is extremely well-made. And very easy to set up. I'm using this as a semi-permanent shelter in my back yard as the home of my outdoor gym, and so far it's protected all my equipment from the elements (rain and wind), and it's soooo roomy inside (I have the 10x10). When I was researching pop-up canopy tents, I needed something with 8 feet of headroom inside for the power cage I own, and most tents have a lot less headroom than that, meaning one cannot fully stand upright,' I'd need to duck under the cross bars. But this tent has an amazing, innovative deign that provides almost 11 feet of clearance INSIDE! Check out my video!! The quality and build are excellent!

Everything was a good fit, all the needed fasteners are included and the power supply/ router mounting plate does a nice job of tidying up the installation.

It takes two people really to set this up but it's very easy. Might need a little step ladder if you're short to get it locked in-I can do it by jumping up. I need to see how well it goes back into the bag this weekend.

Very well made. Despite directions suggest 2 people - I actually set it up 100% all by myself. I am in my 60s and 5'7"" - the center was a bit tough for me to get up but I did it, if I was 2 or 3 inches taller would have been easier (or use a stool). Hubby was quite busy on his own project so I went for it. Glad I did , this is a VERY WELL MADE ""tent""/shelter. It is going to be a temporary sewing room (Florida) while hubby finishes the shed for me. It is situated under the RV pole barn, out of sun - but I have no doubts this would hold up very well for an outdoor dinner area or even camping. Strong materials.

This item worked out great for my Thanksgiving Dinner, everyone got to enjoy the outdoors with protection from the elements.

I've used this at six markets across the spring and summer. It's all tucked away for the winter, but I can't wait to use it again next year. It wasn't one of the least expensive tents I looked at, but the little bit extra has been worth it. I get at least one compliment per market from other vendors on the grey color - it's not white, so stands out from other vendor's tents, but also a really great neutral color. I set this up solo every time and it's not difficult. It's lighter weight than tents that I've helped other vendors set up. I filled the sandbags with decorative rock from Lowe's. It took about half a bag of rock per sand bag - and that means they're not leaking sand all over my car and garage. With those weights on each leg, it stood up to 12-15 mph wind gusts at a riverfront spring market, so very happy with wind resistance. Only had one of the side panels on at the time, so if it had all sides on it might behave very differently in the wind, but I had less trouble than other vendors with things shifting in the wind. The Velcro on the weights is good and strong - almost a little hard to remove once it's stuck - but I think that's a good thing. The tab and hook system for fastening the top to the frame and side panels to the frame is different than I've seen on other tents and also works incredibly well and makes it both easier to set up and more sturdy feeling. I've recommended this to at least five other market vendors and if I needed to buy again, I would.

I have used it for two football seasons and works great. Very sturdy and easy to set up and take down.

Easy to set not super heavy and has everything you need. I used it for my first Market and worked perfect ??

Easy setup, easy takedown, sturdy when light or no winds, easy to attach side covers (handy for sun, wind, privacy), height adjustment is handy, great for rain (rained 2 days), 10x10 good size for us, ot difficult to carry, don't know long term yet. We really like it.
