These are great to quickly rip open and pour into a water bottle and shake up to mix. Sometimes they taste really sweet if not diluted but a small packet can make a good drink. You get a lot in a box for any a few bucks, so you can definitely get a whole weeks supply for cheap.

Very difficult getting past the strong chemical smell to actually drink this. I hope other varieties don't smell toxic.
