I love my Cuisinart 12pc Ceramic-Coated Knife Set. For starters, they are not your normal dull stainless steel. They stick out and add nice color to my kitchen. They literally lighten up the room. In regard to their utility, these knives cut great (they are ceramic coated) and the set comes with a knife for every occasion, for everyday use. I am confident these knives will hold up for years to come. Also, the knives come with color coded holders to keep them safe and secure when not in use.

They're built to last and come very sharp, so no sharpening necessary upon purchase. After several uses, they're just as sharp as they were when I received them. These Cuisinart knives each come with their own cover, which is super important to me because I have kids who commonly stick their hands in my kitchen drawers. So never having to worry about a prick or further injury definitely puts my mind at ease.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was sent this 12 piece Cuisinart knife set to try. I purchased a similar Cuisinart set 10+ years ago when they first came out. I love these knives. I didn’t think there was much room for improvement on my original set but I was wrong as the handles on these are better! They have been updated and these have a nicer, better grip. They are great everyday knives. I really like the covers for the knifes as they can go in a drawer with others stuff with no worries on getting cut when reaching in the drawer. The color makes it easy to find the knife I need; as well, I can tell my child/husband to grab a certain color and I get the knife I need on the first try. The coating on the knives makes them slide through stuff easily and nothing sticks to them which is great! To me, nothing speaks louder than wanting a new knife set and NOT immediately tossing the old set when you get new the new set. I’ve used the first set for 10+ years and hope this set holds up just as well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes this is a beautiful set of knives ceramic coated Cuisinart with covers I haven't had a new set of knives since I bought my knife block 20 years ago except for one orthopedic chef knife,but these are Sharp actually have the ortho grips on them so you could hang on to these for quite a few hours ; even the chef knife has got a good bit of flexibility in it oso if you do bind it up a little bit it's not going to snap. They should with the blade covers hold their sharpness for quite some time as long as you are washing them drying them and putting them back and not running through him through the dishwasher. Quite impressive for a retired chef that wasn't really knowing what to expect thank you!

I like to take the skin off tomatoes and bell peppers and the pairing knife is perfect for that. The bread knife is excellent for cutting different breads. The chef and slicing knives will be getting a lot of use. I cook alot and this set of knives are a must for a household that cooks and bakes. The santoku knife is great for cutting meat and the serrated utility knife has many uses. I like it for vegetables. Although you can use many of these knives for different uses. I would recommend this Cuisinart 12 piece knife set.
