Culture Pop Strawberry Rhubarb Soda - 12 fl oz Can

I love strawberry rhubarb pie, but I wasn't sure how the flavor would translate to a drink. I’m definitely impressed! What I didn’t account for was the flavor of the “culture.” It tasted exactly as it should, but it almost took away from the strawberry rhubarb flavor. So good, but not for every day.

Love the Strawberry & Rhubarb flavor and find it true to taste. Its an awesome alternative to sugary sodas with better ingredients and probiotics. If i had one critic i find it can use a bit more carbonation to better match other fizzy drinks.

This soda is more reminiscent of a sparking water than a soda. I like the strawberry rhubarb taste - it’s not sweet but you can taste the strawberry flavor. The rhubarb is very faint but I can taste it as well. It’s is carbonated so has the fizzy taste. I like that it has less calories than a soda. Overall it is a good drink for those that want a light carbonated juice in a soda form.

This soda pop in theory should be super sweet and somewhat artificial but to my surprise, it was neither. I don’t really like carbonated things so I usually pour out my drinks to make it more manageable for myself. I still pour this one out but it’s somehow a bit too flat for me after that which is super surprising. In a pinch for a sweet drink, I can see myself reaching for this but definitely not a replacement for a soda craving the way some others are.

This was pretty good! Strawberry & rhubarb is one of my favorite flavors. I wish the flavor came through a little bit more, it’s a little muted. It is really good though, and was great on my stomach. Definitely would try another flavor!

Got a case because I was curious about the flavors. Interesting flavor profile, not sure i would buy this one again but definitely want to try other flavors. Tasted like a hard seltzer without the liquor, almost wish it had liquor in it. Even my kids liked it (& the dont like anything, lol). Refreshing to say the least

At first I thought….. hmmm it’s a little blah. Kind of a watered down soda. But then, I poured another one and I’m joe I’m hooked! This flavor too is just the best! Crisp, clean and so delicious. I especially love it over ice! You gotta try it!

This soda is healthy and delicious . I like mine cold and it tastes so refreshing . I like that it comes in different flavors,but this is my Fresh and clean ingredients. It's perfect for the whole family,since it's healthy delicious tasting pop.

This is a fantastic soda option if you’re like me and don’t like super sweet things. It’s sweeter than a sparkling water but way less sweet than soda or sugar alternative drinks. The good gut bacteria is a win because I don’t feel bad having a couple of these at a time!

Fizzy and gutsy indeed. This product is tasty without being too sweet. I am used to seltzers with no sweetness so this is a nice change, however it does have 45 calories per can. It contains 18% juice but no added sugars.

I'm enjoying this drink. I love soda water so this was on my list to try. The flavor isn't super sweet and not a strong strawberry flavor but refreshing. It's pretty good tasting and not super artificial flavor. I decided to add some fresh mint to make it like a summer mocktail. I also like that it has some added benefits with the probiotic and has better ingredients. Will definitely buy again

This is delicious! It’s perfect for soda water drinkers who want an extra flavor without the sweetness that most others have. Yes it’s similar to the other popular brand. The strawberry rhubarb is so good! It came in a 12 pack. It’s a nice little treat for the end of the week. I’ll definitely be getting more when these run out.

I tried the Culture Pop Strawberry Rhubarb Soda - 12 fl oz can and thought this was a very mild tasting seltzer-like beverage with a slight strawberry flavor that was barely sweet. I couldn't taste any of the Rhubarb at all which was a bit disappointing since that is what made me want to try this particular flavor. The initial fizz was good but then soon became flat so the carbonation didn't last too long. The color is a very faint, pale pink and wasn't eye catching. I am probably more used to highly flavored, sweet and colorful drinks so this alternative would need to grow on me. My family members also tried this drink and were split in their opinions. My husband thought he could drink this regularly as an alternative to soda and ice tea because he wants to cut down on his sugar intake. He first tried the drink straight, then with ice and next with some sliced strawberries and liked all variations. My daughter didn't like the flavor and fizz and thought it tasted slightly salty and said she actually preferred plain old water. Ingredients include carbonated filtered water, organic juice blend from concentrate (white grape, strawberry, orange, rhubarb), natural flavor, citric acid, sea salt, organic cardamon and live probiotic (bacillus subtilis).

I didn’t know what to expect with this since it was called a soda, and I tend to gravitate more towards soda waters. It exceeded my expectations, and honestly tasted more like a soda water. The flavor was light but still noticeably strawberry, and the carbonation was a perfect level of present without being overpowering.

This tastes like grass. There is no hint of strawberry or sweetness, just a kind of bitter grass flavor. Maybe they only used the leaves of a strawberry plant. It's gross.

Can taste the strawberry & rhubarb. Not crazy sweet & no bad aftertaste like most of the other carbonated probiotic drinks. Refreshing, tastes like a lightly sweetened sparkling water.

This is so good! It’s not too sweet and doesn’t taste fake like so many other “healthier sodas” do with stevia. My whole family loves this flavor and so many others from Culture Pop

I know the can says "lightly sweetened" and it's only sweetened with fruit juice but it really had no flavor. Kinda just tasted like sparkling water but not really fizzy. I tried 2 different flavors and they taste the same (like nothing). The light flavor is refreshing but definitely not a soda substitute

First of all, the can itself is quite cute - simple, yet catchy. I opened it and immediately caught a great strawberry aroma-very pleasant. It smelled like natural strawberries and not too much like artificial flavors, as can be the case with some strawberry sodas. The first sip was. good! Definitely a refreshing strawberry flavor. It is not overly sweet, which is something I am grateful for. It tastes very much like a real strawberry flavor, almost light, like some strawberry agua fresca. It has a sort of tang in there, though, that offsets the sweetness fairly well and thus it's real drinkable. Also, not super carbonated; just properly carbonated I should say-like giving it life without overwhelming everything with the flavors. Honestly, this is quite probably the really great strawberry soda that I had been looking forward to having after trying several sodas. Light, refreshing, and the flavor was spot on. I could see myself having this on a super hot day or with a light lunch. The only slight critique I have is that the flavor of the strawberry-while good-could maybe be a tad bit stronger.

This was my first prebiotic soda, and I didn’t know what to expect. I was disappointed that the strongest flavor was not strawberry, but grape juice. Sure enough, that’s the first juice listed in the ingredients. I will say that I enjoyed this more as I drank on, but not enough to purchase again, at least not before reading the ingredients list first.
