WHY USE CURLSMITH IN-SHOWER STYLE FIXER:
Curlsmith In-Shower Style Fixer is a super strong hold styling gel which will give extreme definition to your curls and coils and keep your style last for longer and protected from humidity.
HOW THE MAGIC HAPPENS:
This gel has been engineered to work best on soaking wet hair. You can even keep it in the shower for an ultra fast and convenient wash & go! While drying, the Fixer will create a "cast" on your curls, which traps moisture inside and gives definition. This action is fundamental to keep frizz at bay. It will feel slightly hard to the touch while the curls are drying, but that is only temporary. Once they are completely dry you just need to gently "scrunch" your hair upwards to break the cast and reveal soft, defined curls! You can even use a couple of drops of oil to scrunch out the cast and leave the hair even more soft and shiny.

I lately started using this gel after so many curly hair girls recommended using a strong hold gel for long lasting curls, since im already a curlsmith girly and my hair is super frizzy ( 3b-3c ) i decided why not. I do not use this on soaking wet hair as suggested. I use a heat protectant, a curl cream or a leave in with heat protection and this gel, brush style and lock it in with a hairspray. I diffuse my hair for 30 mins until 80-90% dry and finish air dry. The hard cast is how i knowww my hair is gonna last. I use a lighweight oil and break the cast and im left with the softest and most defined curls with minimal frizz, and so much shine! I love this gel and The consistency is perfect for my frizzy hair. This gel really does define and lock that frizz away! 100/10 please make a jumbo size curlsmith.

The cast easily breaks once the hair is dry but it leaves some tangles behind. It’s still one of my favorite curl styling products and I’m buying more but I wish there was a fix for the tangles.

This product works well, the price is a little high, but I think it is worth it. I would give it an eight out of 10. The one thing you do have to make sure of is that your hair is wet, not damp, not almost dry absolutely soaking wet. I also like to dry my hair under a hooded dryer and I think that makes a difference. I have low porosity hair and my curl pattern is 4A.
