    I really love this spray,

    Formula Changed

    I used to use this curl refresher religiously. Unfortunately, the new formulation is not nearly as good as the original. The original formula made my curls pop. This new formula does not. My hair even frizzed with this new formulation. This didnt happen with the old version. Sigh, time to move on and fine another curl refresher.

    Smells Aweful!

I’m not sure if it works the best, since I have tried it twice and can’t get past how aweful the smell is. It almost smells like I got a bad batch or something. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to smell this way but if so I’m not ordering this again!

    Conflicted - moisturizing but I dont like the smell

    Conflicted about this product, I find it very moisturizing but I don't like the smell. The smell reminds me of cough syrup, not what I'm looking for in a hair product lol. Please fix the smell as it does seem to give my hair a decent amount of moisture.

    This was my holy grail product for refreshing my curls on non hair wash days, I seriously don't know why yall decided to change it.. please bring back the OG formula! This is seriously the only thing i order from Ulta everytime i run out! i KNOW i'm not the only one disappointed by the change.

    Moisture Memory Release

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it a couple times, so far. It has a nice smell. For me & my hair type, It doesn't help. I feel like it weighs my hair down not enhance. Like all Curl Smith products, I use a small amount or my hair is weighed down or feels "tacky". With the MMR, I spray 1-2 pumps in my hand, rub together then add to my wet hair as a refresher the 2nd day. Still trying to make it work!!!!

    Unfortunately this product didn’t really work for my hair as it was more of a cream and less of spray and made my hair feel much more frizzy after. However I think it can work for more finer hair.

    Terrible now

    This was my holy grail for years as a curl refreshing spray, it made my curls look amazing. Why they changed this formula to leave in conditioner is beyond me. Tried to still use a curl refresher and it was terrible, I wouldnt even use it as a leave in spray. Dont waste your time
