Q: Can I use this in an enclosed concrete outdoor stairwell?

Q: I bought two units and have left them both on the charger for over 24 hours. However, I cant get them to power on once removing them from the charger. Are they electric only?

Fully charging the battery takes up to 5 hours. Battery is charging when status light is blinking. Battery is fully charged when the status light is solid green. Device operates with a charged battery or plugged into outdoor outlet. Press and hold ON button for 3-5 seconds. The satisfaction of our consumers is very important to us.
