First off the lights arrived without any instructions, so we have no idea if you can adjust them, maybe they were preveiousy sold to another. I misunderstood the description when it said Dawn to Dusk. The 15 lumens are perfect if you want to light up a walk way or provide light without bothering neighbors. But, I am returning them. We wanted a brighter light that you can shut on and off or that would only go on during the evening during a outdoor party. We like the peace of darkness at night. We want to protect the birds by not having lights all night long on their trees. I wish I could shut these off or there were instuctions on how to shut them off, or how to change or charge the batteries. A good product needs a little nit more information for the buyer. And it needs a litte more flexibility but the price is very good for what you are getting.
