This bread is much better quality than typical white bread. It has a slightly yeasty-we taste and the crust is not hard or dry. I use it for my kids sandwiches and toast routinely and I love that it stays soft for a whole week as long as I squids the air out of the bag when closing.

Fine bread until you toast it. It just turns hard and tastes like sawdust. I thought it was just the loaf we got but it did the same thing the second time we bought it, too.
