D-Mannose is a simple sugar that occurs naturally in some plants, including cranberries. Although small amounts of D-Mannose are metabolized by the human body, much of it is rapidly excreted in the urine. In the bladder, D-Mannose can adhere to undesirable foreign substances, preventing them from sticking to the lining of the bladder. Because insubstantial amounts of D-Mannose are used by the body, it does not interfere with blood sugar regulation.*

I have been taking D-mannose about 3 years and have not had a urinary tract infection since . Before I would have 2-3 every year . I’m so thankful I found D-mannose .

Will never be without this product - works like a charm
Keep this on hand esp when travelling for about 15 years now for myself and family. Works like a charm and stops a UTI or irritation within minutes. I'm afraid to try another brand since I know this one works for sure.

Great for curing UTI

Miracle powder
This has been a life changer for me. I've had frequent UTIs most of my life.m, as well as frequent unexplained urethra pain. Ive been on DMannose for 6 months now and have had relief. No more doctor visits or antibiotics.

Just a teaspoon a day for a couple of days and NO MORE UTI! Been suffering with these for decades. Docs/Prescriptions/Procedures (OUCH!)...NOTHING helped. Until now. D-Mannose REALLY WORKS. It binds the bacteria in your bladder that would normally bind to the bladder walls and you flush it out naturally leaving you with clean bladder walls and NO UTI! Doesn't hurt my diabetes either!!!

Cannot Live Without It!
D-Mannose has been a game-changer for me! I've been using it for over four years and have not had a UTI since, where previously, at least one/two per year. I have a sensitivity to cranberry so this was the perfect solution for me.

It works!
I had suffered from urinary tract infections for over 30 years. After some research, I discovered that the product D-mannose might offer relief, & after completing the first bottle, I've never had another episode. I started with the recommended dose but was able to reduce it with the same results. I will never be without it.

Super effective for preventive care
I got this at the suggestion of a urologist after five months of highly frequent UTIs. I take this when I have time, and the pill form when I’m traveling or rushing out the door in the morning. I have not had a UTI since taking the suggested dose every day and of course it doesn’t affect my other medications. Reordering now.

IT WORKS
Mild tasting powder mixes with water and tastes slightly sweet. Good value and good product. If you use a lot of this stuff like me, you're looking for best prices.
