Dabney Lee Journal - "Boss Lady"

I’ve used this journal for work meetings, home financing, to-do/grocery lists, D&D notes and more.. Honestly very versatile, with good-sized margins and easy to tear perforations. I’m unsure how it would hold up in a backpack or another largely cluttered bag, I normally keep mine on my desk or in my medium-sized purse and haven’t had any issues with it getting messed up. I’ve seen other comments about pens leaking through, I’ve only experienced this when using heavy-lined sharpie gel pens and writing slowly, so rarely an issue. There are plenty of pages, so that makes up for the few you may lose due to pens leaking.

The 1st one received was clearly damaged when received and wasn't giftable. Was able to replace item and the 2nd one received was Beautiful. This journal is great quality! The cover is navy blue with Boss Lady in metallic gold.

Ordered for store pickup and the one they gave me had the outline of words but it didn’t have the metallic finish to highlight the words? You can’t even tell what it says on the front. There were no other options to switch it out with either. Was giving it as a gift that day or else I would’ve returned it.

Overall, it is put together pretty well. The only issue I had was that pages were almost glued together to the point that several pages ended up being ripped out because I could not (even gently) get them to come loose. Now that I've unstuck all the pages, I'm going to have to put a heavy object on top of it so the pages lay flat since there is a noticeable gap between the cover and pages as well as between the each page. Ultimately, I'm going to keep it.

When i got mine the pages were completely stuck together. Pens bleed through and it’s overall a very frustrating notebook. It’s cute though.

I can use for the year

I just started a new consultant company so this was a must!

I'm hoping these never run out of stock and I can get one forever. I will be using it as a day to day to do list(s), planner. I can add my own dates and it is PERFECT!

Cute rose gold lettering! Even the spiral part is rose gold! I was looking for a sturdy spiral bound hard cover journal with a fun message and this checks all the boxes! I'm excited to journal again. Love it!

I give it a single stars for being misrepresented on the website. First it does not have 240 pages, it has 150 pages. Second the product has a Prop 65 warning for lead not mentioned in the product details. Additionally, the pages are perforated to be torn out. While of course these would not necessarily be deal breakers for everyone, these should be things mentioned. I would not have purchased this product at all if I had known these things. I will be returning the journal.

It looks good. Only thing I wish was the words on the cover were gone, no lines, and the side has those rings on it. Just idk. I just recommended you buying this. I think it’s good enough

It’s good quality for a good price. It’s lightweight and easy to put in my purse/bag.
