What if the people of Japan never had to unify because mystical steam-powered robots defended the island from outside attack instead? That's the history Keiichiro Tokugawa grew up in, but the brash teen has the reckless ambition of helping unite the feuding feudal factions... and with some headstrong heroics and the help of the legendary giant robot Susanoo, he just might be able to do it!
