First, let's get this straight: allulose is not the issue. Allulose is a naturally occurring sugar found in raisins, figs, and many other foods. That said, I was initially excited to see it in the ingredients list as it usually works really well as a sweetener. However, there is just no saving this milk. It's watery, flavorless, yuck. I imagine the chocolate and vanilla varieties are slightly better, but ultimately this is just water with thickeners that don't work. If you use it in cereal, it tastes just like water (which, if you haven't tried it before, is astonishingly bad). It appears this milk has been on sale a lot lately, and I can only think that's because the brand is desperately trying to get units sold. Fortunately I received mine for free as part of a survey to provide an honest review, and here it is: don't spend your money on this.

Gross! Why is this milk sweet? It tastes spoiled. I thought it would be like Fairlife but nope!

I wish I had seen other reviews before buying this in the 2/$7 deal. The milk was just off and Target isn’t great about returning food items so I just decided to dump both that I had bought after trying the first. There is something gross at the bottom of the container, some sort of residue. Maybe from the crap they add but think god I tried it before giving to kids. The dates were totally still good too. Listen to others here and just don’t buy it.

This is disgusting... it's weirdly thick like a syrup. Just all around gross product.

Really wanted to like this product because of its protein content but this milk is awful y'all. It has a very odd consistency and the sweetness tastes super odd too. I would not recommend this item.
Misleading and Overly Sweet - Not Worth It!

I was tempted by the price - there was a big discount. Is this even milk? It's so sweet. Tastes like sugary white water. I suspect they're lying about the calories and carbs. Wouldn't recommend!

Not a fan, I was expecting this to taste like regular milk, not only does it not taste like milk, but it also leaves a weird film in your mouth afterwards.

I bought this, hoping it would be similar like fair life milk this is nothing like it. My kids said it tasted like water. I even tried to trick one of them and put it in their cereal and they said the cereal tasted funny and wouldn’t eat it.
Terrible

Just terrible. I don't understand why you have to ruin good milk by adding thickeners to it. I know skim milk is thin, that's why I bought it!!
Just buy Fairlife instead

Great low calorie milk option. It definitely has some additives so to make it thicker. Good flavor. I like that you can make pudding with this, unlike almond milk.
Great taste, low cal, high protein

Got this free & loved the vanilla for the low calories & great taste. Was afraid of the bad reviews, but just had a 10oz glass & it's delicious. Also have plain & in going to try in homemade pancakes tomorrow.

Not sure why all the negative comments. I bought this to make protein shakes and the calories were so amazing low I thought it was worth a try. Me and my adult son thought it was a bit sweeter & less creamy than Fairlife, but expected when we were saving calories. I am so glad I bought this. I like this enough to save on calories and fat, and can still get a milk product. There are always trade offs!
Not what I expected.

Way too sweet. Tastes nothing like regular milk. Was expecting something similar to fairlife or organic milk but it tastes more like almond milk.

I bought this because it was on sale, definitely should have spent the extra dollar for Fairlife. I had it in a bowl of cereal, and it was watery and flavorless. Never again- don’t waste your money!
So gross.

If you prefer unsweetened milk and drink straight up, like me, this product is not for you. I was unpleasantly surprised how sweet it was after my first sip. Unflavored doesn’t mean unsweetened! Kids may like it, or pouring over cereal is ok - that’s what I ended up doing with the rest of it.

Legitimately, ignore the people saying this tastes bad... All milk tastes not that great. If you're one of the crazy people that drink milk by itself, this might not be for you. But for the majority of people that use milk for things like protein shakes, cereal, overnight oats, etc... this taste just like any other milk, and it has an INCREDIBLE calorie/protein ratio! Don't take my work for drinking this straight up... But if you're not one of those people who buy milk just for the taste of plain boring milk, you will be fine with this.
If you're thinking about it, don't.

BLECH! I seriously thought I'd be getting something similar to Fairlife, but I was sadly mistaken. Don't made the same mistake I made - read the label. It's sweetened with ALULOSE and gives the milk almost a vanilla flavor. I ALMOST used it to make mashed potatoes... I noticed the color was different when I opened the bottle and tried a small sip to make sure it hadn't turned. No, it's just gross. I tried it in my coffee this morning because, hey, it's already pretty sweet, why not? MISTAKES. WERE. MADE. I used my normal sugar-free coffee syrup, a splash of this, and it completely changed the cup of coffee for the worst. I'm most likely going to order Fairlife today because I just cannot with this milk.
I am not convinced this is real milk

It tastes really bad. I thought i accidentally bought some kind of gross unflavored almond milk by the taste and appearance of it. I literally had to check my target app to see what I purchased 😂 I thought I was just buying a new kind of lactose free milk… it is very watery and has a weird chemical taste. I’m honestly not convinced this is real milk lol. Do NOT buy this if you’re looking for lactose free milk 😭
